This is by far the worst dollar tree ive been too! The caucasian cashier had me standing at the register waiting to check out so she can send someone she was on speaker phone with a cash app!Another instance at the register one of the younger indigenous girls was ringing me out and asked the cashier in front of her for an item …the cashier looked back ,turned around and threw it!!! It could have hit her and myself!This place is ghetto! The workers just stand in the aisle while there are long lines ! One lady stated they wouldnt let her open a register which was stupid !

The cashier I had was very ignorant. Tried talking to me some type a way, and very loud about it like she wated ppl to see. Even said ill cancel your order and have you escorted out. I told her she should of listened to what i had said 1st time when i spoke politly not proceed doing what i said was not part of something then get an attitude with me and threatened me in front of everyone and my three kids with me. Not going to happen. Told her if she would of just stoped 1st i wouldnt of said what i said. It's not my fault you guys are busy with two register open and like 15 customers in each line. Service here has really gone down hill. Her name was Erin. So sad I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went and found everything I needed for our PBIS virtual school store mystery bags! I was soooo excited to get small trinkets to go inside the bags. The Dollar Tree WILL catch you up tho...I spent $153 bucks easily!! Its clear that all dollar stores aren't created equally🤣🤣🤣! I went to this store last week. But went to 2 stores today 12/14/20 and oh boy did they have some good stuff for mystery bags and stocking stuffers for kiddos! I got a tote full and bags full still of stuff for my stocking stuffers for 7 kiddos..I can't wait to put them together! At each dollar store, customer service was pleasant. The stores weren't packed and social distance guidelines were followed at checkout. I didnt notice markers on the floor at either store. So within the past week, I visited a Dollar Tree in Merrillville, Indiana(last sunday 12/6) and today Homewood on Halsted and Calumet Park on Ashland (12/14). I liked the Calumet Park store much better! It was stocked and had more options!

Good size store. Slightly cluttered with stock the few times I've been there. However I'm happy to say I've been able to get through the checkout quickly the few times I've been there.

The store is disorderly but it was the end of the day at 730PM so that's expected. They are also rearranging the store which made it hard to just run in because everything is in different places. The ladies were working hard and looked exhausted. Dollar Tree give them a raise.People also loiter outside.

It's getting worse to the point where I don't like the chain anymore. Poor service, long lines limited cashier's on duty. Those that are working have attitude problems and really don't wanna be there to begin with.

This dollar is terrible the workers are many time to business to check customers out. When the workers have down time they like to write signs and ties poles to shopping carts. PLEASE don't come to this location with the idea of stocking up. This location is no longer a stock up store, if you are trying to stock up go to Tinley Pk now that has self check out and shopping carts without poles.

Asked a male employee where spray bottles were located. He started to say they are then stopped and said I'll show you. He walks me down to the aisle and and said they're right there, with a bit of attitude. Sorry I bothered him trying to find a product I intended to purchase. They need to realize the customer is what keeps them employed. Well where is right there when you don't point to the items location. After searching, they were buried in with what appeared to be mesh bath sponges. Reason for 2 star instead of one, the young man who checked me out was nice.

I love shopping at dollar tree because you can get a lot stuff for $1.25 and dollar tree be having a lot of name brands items. I definitely recommend dollar tree for my friends and family.

It seems that Dollar Tree is deteriorating as a company very quickly. Packages are get smaller, quality is getting worst and choices are getting slimmer. Store is dirty and messy and Customer service is non existent. Very disappointed to see cheap foil packaged in “heavy duty” box, can goods packaging is “shrinking “daily, condiments sizes are geting smaller, 4 pack batteries being replaced by 3 pack...and almost impossible to find store brand bread and baked goods. I am not planning to go back since now I can find cheaper, better quality and larger packiging at the other stores.

I don't care too much to go to this Dollar Tree I usual just go for the convenience if I'm in the area. There is rarely any greeting at the register and if so it's really dry with no eye contact or smile. Once, I listen to the associate have an entire conversation with another associate(next lane over) about her fight with some other girl. The profanity and words used was so unprofessional. That was the very last thing I would have expected. Thank goodness I decided to leave my 2 year old in the car with my 15 year old (as she usually ALWAYS come in the stores with me) I would have been extremely upset.

Dollar Tree is an *Essential* business. Good little items for a dollar,...right? Well, why does this store seems to never be well stocked? Could it be just me, do I go at the wrong time?

The store isn't the most organized that I've seen but everything is a dollar... it's hard not to love that. 4 starts because I've seen cleaner more organized dollar trees with better selections. This one is good but not great.

The cashier was incredibly rude to my mom and gave us attitude when we confirmed the total with her because she was mumbling and we couldn't hear her. There's only ever one register open and the store is a mess. Much prefer the Dollar Tree in Orland or Lansing to the one here.

I was disappointed. Maybe because of the pandemic, a lot of regular items were out of stock. Such as the coffee cups, bubble bath, potpourri oils, tea light candles, baking soda. Maybe my next trip will be better.

Never had I ever in my life been to a store or seen anything like it. where there were children in flip flops and raggedy clothes, working and walking around the aisles of the store eating and just throwing their trash on top of the store merchandise. Looking at you as you walk by as if you have trespassed their property with a scrounge up facial expression. Don't know what kind of business this is turning out to be but it will be my last visit there. Aside of if needed with a Child Protective Services or police officer. Such a same for our young black kids..

No different from any other time I've been. The staff is ALWAYS so dry with no proffesionalism. They act like they don't want to work. Young lady with a blonde hairdo had no name tag and had a huge attitude. Half a star if I could.

When you buy glass candles or glass items I guess you have to wrap them up in newspaper yourself. 10:00 a.m. this morning I'm in the Line and the cash register lady just tosses my glass candle in the plastic bag. I say I would like that wrapped in newspaper. She hands me the newspaper direct it myself. Wow that's great customer service at its best. Smh

This place is not clean and employees have attitude. Just wanted to use restroom and one employee fellow me in restroom and peek in it where I was. There is no privacy. Instead of keeping the store clean they have nothing just to fellow customers in restrooms. I amreally shocked.
