Dan and his staff are the best of the best. We first used this company 8 years ago with my late dog, in the old facility with the old owners and we loved them. We just finished enrollment there with our 2 new rescues on there 10 day dropoff program. They have new ownership, and a new larger location. Everyone is great here and the facility is huge! We noticed a huge difference in our dogs behavior after the first day. We are seriously considering bringing our dogs back in the near future for the advanced program. They also have boarding and refresher programs. This place is the complete package, thanks Dan and staff!!!

Dog Training Now does an amazing job and you can tell they care for all the dogs! I love that my dog goes home with the trainer so she isn’t sitting alone in a kennel all night! Dog Training Now (DTN) has been such a blessing for us. My wife and I are both dog people, but it had been over a decade since either of us had a puppy, and we found ourselves needing help with our new female rottie, Charlie. We did some research and by luck stumbled upon DTN. In short, I cannot recommend this team enough. The results have been, and continue to be, incredible. The entire staff are friendly, diligent trainers, and I just cannot say enough good things about our experience. If you are considering enrolling your dog in any of the DTN programs, just do it. You will not regret it. We used their puppy training, 20-day training, and still use their post-graduate training. We could not be happier. If you want the full in-depth review of our experience, please keep reading.We started Charlie in the puppy day camp, which I cannot recommend enough. In this program DTN exposes your pup to other puppies and general life experiences that they will likely run into. The exposure to the other dogs was instrumental in teaching Charlie bite inhibition, which improved substantially through this program. The exposure to the various experiences they simulate will give your pup confidence, which is crucial for avoiding unwanted behavior. DTN welcomes dogs who have age-appropriate vaccinations, which I found to be very rare. In my opinion, this stage of life is arguably the most important to build a strong foundation for your pup to build upon. If nothing else, I strongly encourage you to enroll your puppy in this program. This set the stage for many of the intangible behaviors our lovely dog now exhibits on a daily basis.Once Charlie reached 4 months, she transitioned to the 20-day training program, which is the combination of a 10-day on-leash and a 10-day advanced off-leash training. This is where the tangible DTN results became abundantly clear. When we first brought Charlie into our home, she did not understand the concept of walking on leash. She would often plop or just sit and refuse to move in the direction we were targeting. After even just the first 5 days of the on-leash training program, we were able to take her on walks around the neighborhood. After the following 5 days, she was a pro at walking on leash. Able and willing to listen to basic commands in addition to learning “place”. I should mention that when you pick up your dog at the end of each day, a trainer will walk through that day's material, so you can take that home to practice. You also get trained :) You will pick up things that help beyond just the commands that were taught that day.Charlie then transitioned to the 10-day off-leash program. This is where DTN takes the skillsets taught on-leash, and replicates them off-leash with the e-collar. You will be able to communicate effectively with your dog from a distance. At her age, I am thrilled with even just her recall ability. We go to the dog park, and she stays within a close radius to us and recalls on command. We get compliments all the time. We are still continuing to reinforce and train on all of the commands from a distance, but even just having the ability to have a pleasant dog park experience is a massive win. I would consider this program relatively advanced and a requirement for you as the owner to be continuously involved to keep these skills at a high level.After graduating, we have continued training with DTN using their post-graduate program. In this program they generally refresh your dog on the skills they have already learned. I prefer this over sending Charlie to a “standard day care” as her skillsets continue to get reinforced and she does not pick up bad habits that would otherwise be more prevalent in those other day cares.If you are considering enrolling your dog in any of the DTN programs, just do it. DTN is not the cheapest, but would you want your dog training to be? Would you send your children to the cheapest possible option? Same concept here. This is an investment in your little buddy who with any luck will be around a decade or more.

We have been so happy with DTN. We did a few weeks of puppy camp. It was great because they provided the care he needed while we were working and also built great social skills. After he completed the camp, we did the 2 week basic skills training. Our dog made such great progress and we learned a lot of skills for working with him at home. We continue to use them for once a week care, where he continues to work on skills and enjoys socializing. They also helped us out recently with last minute boarding due to a family emergency. I really like that the trainers take the dogs home for overnights rather than them being in a kennel all night.The staff are all so caring and knowledgeable. My dog loves going there and adores the staff.

We had the absolute best experience with the puppy preschool for our cane corso puppy, Marla Hooch. She attended for 4 weeks. Anyone who spent time with her before comments on how far she came with the help of the trainers at Dog Training Now. We learned quickly how to address issues such as her severe crate anxiety, puppy biting, grooming, etc. She loved going. A terrific place to bring your dog(s) for training. Our dogs have been through 2 weeks of training and 2 weeks of off leash training. I don't know of any other place that has the dogs go home at night with the trainers until the 2 week sessions are over. Their training really works! Our dogs love going there. We would recommend Dog Training Now to anyone needing to train their dog(s).

The trainers are all amazing.....knowledgeable, professional, confident and articulate! We at BAARK Dog Rescue have sent six dogs to train with Dan and his team....within just a couple of days, their behavior/manners improved notably. Dog Training Now is literally family after two short weeks. We did the 2 week daily obedience training for our 6 month old pup. It’s a night and day difference! You can tell all of the trainers CARE about the dogs and LOVE them! Their overnight boarding is in their homes, not a kennel. We love DTN and will absolutely return for off leash training and day care! Klaus already misses Uncle Jesus! :)

Dog Training Now did an outstanding job of training our previously difficult to train Old English Sheepdog. The staff is very, very competent and helped guide our dog through all the steps necessary to become a well trained family pet- something other trainers were unable to do. What Dog Training Now did for us was incredible! Prior to coming here, our puppy Arlo struggled with walking on the leash (pulling left and right), and was also a little timid towards other dogs. Now, after his 10-day training program he is a completely new dog! He walks perfectly on the leash now and is more confident being around other pups. At first we were nervous about sending our puppy away for the day, as we had never done that before, but you can tell how much the staff cared for the dogs and the service they provided.Trainer’s Allison and Ashley worked so well with our puppy! Arlo looked forward to going there every single day and was so excited every time we had pulled up to the building. Loved that they also posted pictures on social media during the day- it was something our family was always looking forward too. Loved our experience with Dog Training Now & would recommend them to anyone! All the staff is nice and knowledgeable. They treat each dog as if it were their own which makes it so much easier to turn your pup over to them every day. Love that they post pictures and videos so you can enjoy those throughout the day. This is our 2nd experience with them and I’m so grateful we found them. They taught Zeus basic obedience skills as well as learning how to be around other dogs. I love that Chris taught Zeus how to play tug! Such a simple thing, you would think, but Zeus really didn’t know how to play and was mouthy, which meant he didn’t play as much as he should. I love the bond Zeus formed with Chris after such a short time, so thank you for that! Thank you all for your time :)

Dog Training Now is definitely a place to consider if you’re having a hard time training you pup. Alphie took the 2 week boarding training program and the results are amazing!! Casey his trainer was wonderful on going over everything Alphie learned during these 2 weeks. Casey also kept me updated every single night on Alphies progress and would send me pictures of Alphie every night. Alphie is able to go on a walk without pulling now, doesn’t jump on the counter or on people/ kids. I have a totally different dog now! Thank you Casey and staff!

If I could give Dog Training Now more than 5 stars, I would! We put my 8 month old in the 2 week Drop and Go Day Training and I can confidently say that my dog knows all the skills they listed they would work on (and even more), but I am also walking away with the knowledge on how to continue her training at home! I had positive interruptions with ALL the staff members there and it is evident they truly love what they are doing! Worth every penny!

The trainers are so kind and amazing! We brought our 14-week old puppy Gertie in for two weeks of Puppy Camp, and she bonded with her trainers, socialized with other dogs, and learned so many ways to socialize with people and her environment. Wow! Dog Training Now is incredible!! After just two weeks Mia is a brand new dog. I have been struggling to teach Mia to walk without pulling for the last five years. She now knows how to walk without pulling for her whole walk, as well as, knows how to heel and the difference between those two types of walks. Thank you, everyone, who worked with Mia and her sister Penny (our 2 year Old English Pocket Beagle) for these past two weeks at Dog Training Now. And, that was just a portion of what they learned. Wow! I'm so impressed by Dog Training Now! We got our puppy in the middle of Quarantine and were a little nervous that training places wouldn't be open. DTN was able to get us right in for a consultation and let us know exactly what to expect. Our almost 6 month old girl just finished the 10-day Day Training and she's now so well behaved! She was so excited to go every day and we know she was very well taken care of.The best part is that now that she "graduated", they still have options for continued learning and refresher courses.If anyone is looking for training where they treat your dogs like they would their own, this is the place!Gracie misses you guys already!! We have been taking our Samoyed to puppy preschool and it's a great training not only for our pup but for us as new dog owners! Where do I begin! Every single team member at Dog Training Now has such a passion for dogs and it shines through their lessons every day. Not only did I trust them entirely with my dog but Siggy (7 mo Rottweiler) was also so excited to get in the car and go to training every morning. Every day I saw improvement with her skills and each trainer was so patient with me at the end of the day when I learned them too. Dog Training Now is absolutely fantastic! DTN has exceeded my expectations. We enrolled Rocco in the 12 day board and training program. I was very nervous to be away from him for that long but DTN was wonderful with posting pictures of Rocco while training. Furthermore, Rocco’s trainer, Kellie, went above and beyond with texting me daily regarding Rocco’s progress. Kellie also made sure we were comfortable and had full understanding of all the commands taught to Rocco. I’m trying to keep this review short and to the point but there are so many great things DTN and Kellie did for Rocco. We plan on returning for the refresher program as well. I would highly recommend DTN to anyone looking for dog training. You will NOT be disappointed!

After trying in-home training and group training elsewhere for our Goldendoodle​, Miles, he was still hard to control. He was nipping at us and everyone he met. We could barely control him on a ​leash.After two weeks of day-training, it's like having a new dog! We can walk him and he stays with us, and he barely nips at all. We are trying to keep up with all that he (and we) learned​ because it is so effective. It is a great balance of praise and discipline that is hard to find in other training​. I have only great things to say about this place! The staff (Dan, Allison, and JJ) were so incredibly helpful in getting our Siberian Husky Jake back up to speed from his previous puppy training! I thought he will stay in training for weeks and had forgotten his previous commands but he was able to execute all previous commands in 1 day. I could not believe it! Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and compassionate. Thank you so much!

This is such a great place to get your dog trained. They let you know before you drop off what to expect. During their training they update you with what was done that day and also send pictures from same day. On the day you pick up they go over everything they did and have you work on training there. There are very patient and do such a good job with all dogs.
