Been awhile since I've been in a Whole Foods. Sensory-wise it was the same industrial, high energy and beautifully presented specialty grocery items.Extremely high priced on some, but they still have their brand '365' which is pretty comparable to the Jewel type grocery store prices.Nothing against Whole Foods, but the clientele at this location were in such a hurry. We'd find ourselves braking hard with our cart as someone was racing around a corner.Always fun to pop in once in awhile to stay up with what's current in the grocery world.

They never fail to disappoint. They act like they are too good to do their job. Reluctant in any service request. Today, I needed some smaller bills to tip a musician outside (who had a sign saying he lost his job and has kids to support) looking for donations. The Lady at Customer Sevice was less than courtious, in fact rude, to exchange a large bill. I got the exchange, but with rude sevice. By the way, I have been to many other Whole Food locations, and never had a problem.

Great store! Supper organized and clean. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The amazon retune section is also very organized and well maintained. Parking lot has plenty of spaces and next door is a Starbucks that is supper good too.

I happened to be nearby so I decided to go to this Whole Foods as opposed to my regular Willowbrook one on Kingery hwy. Folks behind all the counters and other folks are nice and courteous. It is a smaller Whole Foods comparatively speaking, so makes sense that it has less variety of products that I am used to.My only recommendation to the store manager would be is to invest in a poultry grinder. Meat department said they do not have ground chicken breast in the store and don’t expect to get it for a week or two….And no poultry grinder machine either so they cannot grind the chicken breast pieces for the customer even if they could.I have to visit the Willowbrook store now just for that one item. As I said, all good except not having ground chicken or the ability to have poultry grinder options for the folks in the meat department is a big miss. Definitely have the folks to do it, but need this resource available in the store.

A smaller-sized location making for a more personable, helpful experience. Excellent fresh fish, soups, salad/hot bar choices, sushi, and baked goods.

I don't go to this location too often. It's usually clean and staffed. However, they seem to struggle keeping items I shop for in stock. It does seem to be a fairly busy location.

Stopped by Whole foods in El.hurdt. they close at 9pm on a Sunday which is great. Bought non fluoride toothpaste and B complex vitamins which were reasonably priced

This place is nice, it is on the smaller side but it is packed woth goodies. The fruits and vegetables look fresh and taste good! The meat and bakery section is very clean and presentable! I would recommend this, however be prepared to pay just a little more, but most if not all products are organic and good!

I always enjoy going there because I can find the things I need for my lifestyle grocery needs. But I've noticed that lately, customer service is lacking. Today, my cashier was not very attentive, maybe because she's young, but there's no excuse to be rude!! Please make sure your workers represent your brand accordingly. The receipt should give the cashier's name so we can submit names for whatever reason.

It's probably my least favorite whole foods location. The parking lot is awful, and watch out for the people driving porsches. They forget they have breaks and probably aren't used to actually picking up their own groceries.

If there was any other place to shop I would. The manager Derek who is about12 years old refuses to take my word on produce being bad and actually wants me to go into my compost and bring it to him so he can have the productIn the store. What has this world come to. A person's word is worth nothing and it's OK to disrespect elders.in store. I have never been so insulted in my life.

The store was very cold, I don’t know if that’s how it always is or their heater broke. The poor cashiers are right by the entrance and feel the cold drafts of the opening doors constantly. Our cashier was wearing her winter coat and gloves. The store was also a bit messy and disorganized. Food wasn’t properly labeled, some didn’t have price tags at all.

I travel to several locations to benefit myself. I am Lactose intolerant and the variety varies. Sadly the unhealthy manufacturers use their political contacts to squash healthy hard working young people who look outside the box for vegetable based items.

Wow.. is the best word to summarize my experience yesterday 12/27/22. Hinsdale just a few days from 2023 had customers turn their carts around as I was walking in their direction; leave an aisle immediately when I entered; and a tall male employee wearing glasses mysteriously behind me in every section. Yes, this all occurred in a Whole Foods.I only had a few items to purchase so I kept shopping despite the blatant and overwhelming ignorance.Icing on the cake was during checkout. An old blonde cashier called for reinforcement so a young woman with blonde hair and an offensive amount of makeup appeared to bag the beverages after I told them both that my bags were in my car and that it was unnecessary. The young one started lifting the bottles of beverages and commenting how delicious they sounded??? While the old cashier triple checked the screen to ensure that the scanner charged me for everything. What a JOKE! This location should be ashamed and I hope Corporate reads this post. Black people are NOT welcomed at this location

We are normally whole food shoppers anywhere else in the country bit this whole food is always off everytime we go in there. We've been going to Jewel instead due to but not limited to the full vibe is off. We found open / half ate food put back on the shelf, the hot food is a complete joke as it was sitting way too long everytime we've went in there. Personally this whole food just wasn't for us.

I love this place. Lots of fresh produce. And the staff are nice . I also like that you can send Amazon packages and refund them. I like how the whole store connects to Amazon. Very good store.

I just moved to the Hinsdale area, so this is now my new Whole Foods. The place is clean and I haven’t had issues with the store itself. However, the workers are something else. I had a bad experience with one of the cashiers(I wish I remembered her name) but she was rude. She was sooo kind and sooo happy to help the older rich looking people ahead of me in line, but when it was my turn.. she didn’t even acknowledge me! Not even a simple hello. I had to be the one asking her questions . She was so rude !
