The store is a great location. Just very disappointing on how disrespectful and rude the workers can be, children can walk in there, get a snack, and be harassed for no reason whatsoever. I genuinely expect better from a massive corporation like Walgreens.

Anthony the manager is the greatest! Not only did he help with a prescription that wasn’t covered but he actually found a replacement AND a coupon for no copay. Wish he was the manager at my Walgreens:))

This is a rather small and somewhat dated Walgreens. It's conveniently located in a strip mall which seems to have stores for your daily needs. The staff was friendly and the store clean. Due to the size, the selection was a bit limited compared to other Walgreens locations.

Hinsdale Walgreens is OK and convenient next to a quality grocery store. Staff are unprofessional, worse than Walmart. The young check out guy that was sitting today instead of standing at the check out always has something nasty to say to customers, why is he still employed? Candy is overpriced at this time (Aug 2023), Raisinette, Goobers etc are almost 3 bucks each, at Kramers grocery next door they are about 1.80

Lady at pharmacy table lied 4 times to me about the availability of my prescription, each time I had to correct her and assure her that I have proof I'm right. She not only did not want to give me my prescription, she told me to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready despite me having told them a week prior to have it ready by then. I don't know if she's just rude and irresponsible or outright racist, but if one employee like this is at the pharmacy pick-up counter, I can imagine many more to be just as disrespectful.

This place is always making mistakes, not filling all meds or letting you know they are filled and then not having them ready when you turn up, even though the app says they are there. They have you over a barrel, cause you need your meds!!

Good physical store, but the the online system is archaic. To set up a mail order prescription takes an act of Congress and it would have been easier for me to drive directly to the drug manufacturer to get it. Compared to other mail order prescription services, this one is clunky.

Walgreens is one of the most popular drugstore in the United States. It has a good selection of stock and is conveniently located in every neighborhood corner which is their strategic business decision. However if one were to compare the price of an item to its competitors, one can see that they charge premium price for the same product. Whether it be Walmart or other brick and mortar stores, be sure that you are paying more even for those items that are on sale.I have actually stopped shopping at Walgreens including my pharmacy products. I prefer Walmart or mail order pharmacy like Xpress scripts where your 90 days supply might costs peanuts compared to the steep prices you pay here.

I haven't used this place for an actual pharmacy - ie, to have anything filled - so I can't speak to the skill of the pharmacist.That said, I really do like shopping here. They have an excellent cosmetics section that's larger than those at many other stores, and carry lots of the Soap & Glory products I love. The cosmetic associate is friendly and helpful without hovering or being pushy. She's also aware of the coupons and extras that are supposed to go with a purchase and makes sure you get them. (e.g., I just got a free "Mother Pucker" lip balm cos I bought three S&G lotions.)The rest of the store is also kept well-stocked and the associates are invariably friendly and helpful. Some more than others, sure, but I have no complaints. It's a good place to go.

I am not sure why other people have issues with this branch. Granted I have not used the pharmacy so maybe that is the issue here. However when I have come in for other things, the staff is always helpful and the lines never too long. They have good prices too if you stick with what is on sale that week

Surprise location in Grant square, just inside downtown Hinsdale. Walking distance from the train. Standard selection you would expect at any Walgreens.

Friendly staff but the wait time is abnormally long to other locations. Waiting right now over 30 mins for flu shot. Sunday morning and store is empty.

This is a great place when you need something fast. There is a Walgreens in lots of locations and right now they have a reward system so you can earn points and get money back.
