The supervisor is always rude and everyone there always looks miserable so I will be going somewhere else. One of my dogs is only 5lb and last time the guy put the leash on his neck and pulled him hard I had to stop him and picked up my dog and gave him to him. Now I do that all the time. I have been going here for about 6years and the workers were so nice before. There was a new kid there that did not apologize or looked at me after he knew he was wrong. So this is why I even put on Google from a 5 🌟 now to 1

My pet feels comfortable with his groomer (Tra) which makes the experience better for him. He is always well-groomed and in good spirits when I pick him up.

I came in for a grooming appointment. The pickup was awful. Everyone was standing around chatting instead of helping me. They charged me over what the standard bath rate was and when I asked what they did to make it more than standard, the guy said I don't know. I asked if they clipped her claws and he said I don't know, it's on your receipt. No it was not on there. Very disappointed and never want to come back. Shame on Petco for promoting wrong prices and rude customer service

I received awesome service for my Lulabelle. Steve did an awesome job with my fur baby. I think he did a better job with her nails than any vet has done for her. So we will definitely be back to see Steve. He was very genuine and you can tell by talking with him that he really enjoys what he does.

Diana is our groomer. She is always very polite and knowledgeable about the products and services offered at Petco. She always does a great job, and my pups already know her which makes my pups (2) more comfortable when we leave them. Thank you Petco!!

My newest addition has never been groomed before. The groomer was really clear about what they would do and why and made recommendations and he looked amazing and seemed really happy when he came home. Looked like a different pup. He's also large and can be rambunctious lately (we're working on it) and they didn't seem to be mad or frustrated with him and he's been through alot recently.
