If you are thinking of applying I recommend against it. They hired me to cover two people going to a wedding and then immediately fired me and their excuse was I wasn't making sandwiches well enough and I was still training. I completed a closing list in two hours of being there and they sent me home 3 hours early one day and I'm probably going to play hell getting my paycheck. If you want to work for a bunch of unprofessional people who refuse to give you full time hours then have at it.At the port Byron location I worked at the Previous owner Tracy allowed one of his workers to berate me in front of customers.If you eat at subway in Hillsdale or Port Byron you are supporting an Employer who treats their Employees like trash.This right here is why nobody wants to work in America anymore.

I was not expecting good food from the look of the gas station outside. But once I walked in and smelled it I knew it was good. The staff was very welcoming and had great styles. The food was great and my son was over the moon he got a full foot long. A very nice subwayKid-friendliness: The staff worked with my son and made it a fun experience for him.

Walked in greeted by the nicest young lady in a dog collar. Upbeat, happy, and ready to work. The other staff was the same way and they drew cute pictures on my wife and I's sandwich wrapping paper . Keep up the good work.Edit 10-25-21Goodbye Floof we'll miss you. Good luck at your new job.

Customer service was horrible. We called in an order and the girl behind the counter waid on people walking in before even acknowledging my wife. Our sandwiches were cold because of that. Then when we got them home my blt had no tomatoes and her chicken teriake wrap was completely wrong. April 19 at 6 oclock.

Ordered online, my sandwich wasn’t ready after I got there well past the order ready time. While waiting for my sandwich to be made I watched an employee handle cash, scratch his scalp, blow his nose then prepare food after not washing his hands. Since it was an online order I didn’t watch my food be prepared and after receiving it there wasn’t any meat on it. No supervision. No management. Horrible service.

STAY AWAY. Poor staff no leadership not friendly in the slightest. Workers are rude to the customers and poorly throw sandwiches together in a sloppy mess. Can not run a register and bill the correct amount. Workers constantly ignoring the customer and walking away from the counter while customers are ordering and lack of motivation and common decency is driving customers away. If I could give zero stars i would... worse subway ever I've lived in the surrounding area off and on 15 /20 years & the last year it has really gone down hill. Always have teenagers running the place. young mouthy , rude, dirty inside, food is old out of date or just nasty ... the manager is no better your better off making your own food!

I ask for my sandwich to be warmed not toasted. She took it to the toaster over. I asked wait isn't that the toaster? I want it warm not toasted. She didn't listen to me. I don't like my fresh bread hard. So thanks I have a hard sandwich to eat! Have a nice night!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to and I eat at a lot subwaysand all the time... I went in there around 7pm October 3rd 2020 and he put a few scraps of the ingreadents on my sub, lettuce had brown spots on it, the veggies all looked old. The gas station next door has a food prep service, Better off to use that instead of the subway there. You will do yourself a favor.

Very frustrating. I ordered over the app and right when i submitted i noticed i used the wrong pick up time. I called instantly. I asked then if they could please hold off in making my sandwhich for an hour. They told me yes no problem. I picked up my order and open it. The whole sandwhich is sloppy moosh. They made my hot sandwhich an hour before and put it in the microwave. It is so water logged your finger goes right through the paper into the sandwhich. What a waste of money and gas that i spent to drive on my lunch break to get food.

Girl thru a fit over toasting one sandwich out of 4 sandwhiches then toasted the sandwhich very first so by the time I got my sandwhich it was way cold. They were way sloppy, barely any mayo on my sandwhich and I swear slowest subway I have ever gone too.

First stood there for a min or two girl behind counter to busy doing cookies ignored me and didn’t say a word. I saw ring bell for service on counter pushed some else finally came to take order. Then bread was hard and probably old. Very bad service and quality of food....

Very poor service. Young boy in training trying but the young female was just wanting to stand there and tell him what to do instead of showing him after he just stated in front of all customers that he has never made a sub.
