My coworker and I spent over 20 bucks at this McDonald's, my coworker asked for one cup of sauce and was told that there would be a charge for it by the manager with the blue haired man bun.I then took a bite into my McChicken and pulled out a foot long hair...I gave the hair to the same manager he offered to remake my sandwich but I was already half way back to my seat.Stay away from this McDonald's!

This place is terrible about making food incorrectly or not putting all your food in the bag. Also are very very slow at getting your food to you. Don't fill their fries or drinks all the way and food is sloppy looking.

I used to work at Hillsboro McDonald’s. When I was working there I had told them I couldn’t really lift heavy things due to injuries in the past that affected my back and shoulder ( I had told them about this before they had hired me and again after I got the job) during my time at this work place I was in physical therapy for my shoulder. I had a floor manager tell me to restock the dairy we used to the ice cream Machine which isn’t very light in my opinion. She had basically told me she didn’t care that I couldn’t lift it. After I had quite working there for almost a year I had gone through the drive through and ordered food for a friend. When I got to the second window after paying I was given a wrong order and I told them and then who I think was store manager came to the window and processed to argue with me about the wrong meal they had given me. I hated to be that person but I threatened to call corporate and complain. After I said that she changed completely and gave me a refund and then the right meal. It’s just not a great place to work if you have physical problems.

Went to get breakfast one morning made it five minutes before 11am and ordered 2 sausage egg and biscuits meals and get home to find out that they gave me the complete wrong order call back up there because it’s was a minute after 11am and they tell me there’s nothing we can do about it come back in tomorrow morning I guess and order another one…..

The food is great! But, the only good worker is Luke he is the best! But I had to wait like 30 minutes for a happy meal, ill tell you this, Im not happy. The manager is really rude she kicks people out all the time for not eating there and its very rude of her to be like that. Sometimes she can be nice she gives us free food if we stay there for a while and your quiet. I rest my case 🙄

Order fish sandwich with ketchup onion and pickle only told them twice still put tarter sauce on it. Just don't listen. Order coffee at drive up make sure lid is on cup they won't.

They brought my tea out that I requested all 12 of them and normally they let me grab the one off the top so I can put them in the car safely without spilling anything. this time though one of the male employees came out put them on top of my car told me have a great day and walked away. Definitely not good service with that employee.

I don't go here often due to the food being so unhealthy. However in a pinch, I do like the breakfast, and they do have some seemingly healthy options. The restaurant is clean but the bathroom is tiny and it's kind of annoying. Drive-thru has a reputation of Never Getting orders right. I have had experience in this regard as well. I used the Android app this time for this order and I use the car side pickup which ended up being actually, a very great experience. Not only did I save money with coupons from the app, but I was able to order ahead, Park in a certain area, and I brought the food out to me. And, the order was correct.

The drive through service was weird because there were two people taking our order over the head set at the same time, but with that being said, they did get our order correct and done quickly.

Waited in line at the driveup for 10 minutes. Started to give us wrong order. Told us to go to next window. The boy at the next window gave us the wrong soda. We told him and it made him very mad. Just gave us a very Bad look and didn't say anything to us. He is not friendly and his hair is always greasy looking.This is not the first time he has waited on us.

Every time I go I always order a Carmel frappe. It’s very good but the food isn’t the problem. I feel like the staff are quite rude. Every Friday, many kids walk there from school. I always see people getting kicked out and sometimes for almost no reason at all. The kids are being kids. I understand the staff getting upset, they do it because they don’t want others there to be upsetted. The solution is the people just don’t go there after school on Friday’s. They know the kids will be there. Sorry but 3

Went here this morning between 7 and 8 am. Crew where not wearing gloves, I ordered two iced teas with extra ice. The teas tasted like dirt and water. This place remodeled but the crew sucks. It's not just the building that needs fixed.

Staff was friendly and restaurant was pretty clean, but there were a (large) number of water stains and potentially mold spots all over the ceiling. Super surprising because this McDonald's appears to be a newer, updated one. They need to get their roof problem addressed ASAP for the safety of their customers and employees who have to breathe in all of that mold and mildew. Otherwise, no complaints.

Just had the most pleasant drive thru experience. The kid working the food window had just the best personality. Right now in a society full of hate he was such a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work, I think society could learn a thing or two from him. Keep smiling and being awesome.

I will never eat here again. Don't ask won't happen. I know each chain is different but when you call them and tell them you ate there and then got food poisoning from there store and they more or less tell you it's NOT POSSIBLE (So call you a lier) I won't be back. I wasn't the only person who got sick and eating there was the only thing we had in common.

Service is horrible. A few minutes ago we drive through and they are not even busy. Place our order, then get home the mcdoubleare not plain as order, no spicy chicken but had a crusty cheeseburger which thankfully no other child had to try and eat. Just plain crazy.

Constantly keep getting orders wrong. Forgets apple slices in kids meals and sauces for nuggets and such. Tea's are always mixed up. Go to Litchfield or Carlinville. If you have another choice (unlike me) go to any other McDonald's. Exp if it's evening/night...This is new updated review... New owners. And seems to be doing alot better...
