I had the same problem. My puppy had a hernia she didn’t disclose until I found the stitches. My vet said that is a genetic defect and she should not be bleeding puppies. Now he has a heart murmur; also genetic. Primo prices for non-primo pups and no papers. Doubt he is arc pup.

My mom and i bought a puppy here 1 and1/2 years ago and still havent received her register papers. I had seen reviews that she had done this to others and asked owner if i was going to have a problem too. She was like oh no. Shame on me for believing that i was to be treated any different than other people!
