I went inside for my food order and was glad I did. This place was so filthy! At no point had any employ tried to do any cleaning around the work area. Trash was overflowing. I have never seen a dairy queen I've entered look as nasty as this place. I now have great concerns about having any items from this place.Why is this the ONLY DQ SO FILTHY AND SO SLOW COMPAIRED TO OTHERS! LITCHFIELD IS GREAT AND NOW WORTH THE TRIP! SEE YA HILLSBORO!

Not only issues with the ice cream! My husband visited this place for our lunch yesterday and once again issues started!1. They refused to give discount for 2 senior meals!2. Used coupons for the meals only too not receive something other then what coupon stated!.3. Husband noticed before leaving we did not get fries as coupon stated and staff had to re-read coupon too see we was to receive fries but did not!4.upon getting home with food! [4 miles away] we received a single cheese burger and not the double as coupon indicated.UPDATEWe had been offered a new burger for the issue with the one we did not receive. Today we used the offer for replacement and it was what it should have been.We had to spend more money with them for the fries because this was not an issue. I'm not sure that corrects the issue when I did not get the correct meal the first time.Time will tell, I will have to be sure to use CAUTION on my orders and survive received.

Went here today with my uncle. The fries where not hot at all. Tasted like burnt cardboard pieces. My BBQ tenders where way to loaded with sauce. Felt like the service today sucked really bad. Prob wont be back if this keeps happening.

Went here on May 21st @ 635pm. Fries where burnt and cold. Tasted like card board pieces. They where not busy. Very quiet in fact. Burger wasn't good either, bun was hard on the edges, patties tasted burnt and bland. Please address this. 2nd time I've ate fries and they came out cold and stiff.

Satisfied my craving for the chicken tender basket. Went through the drive- thru. They were extremely busy with at least 4 vehicles in front of me and at least that many more behind me. I was amazed that they were pretty fast moving everyone through the line.

Treats are great, service is about a slow as a sloth But the ice cream is still the best aroundUpdate: The service is very slow, 23 minutes 2 cars ahead of us and 3 others had placed their orders. BUT the ice cream is good :)

Going here used to be a treat. However, in recent months or has been terrible and unfortunately I have finally hit my limit. They have consistently been crazy slow I am convinced you can order your food here, then drive to another location order and receive your food prior to it be ready here.In the last four trips my family's orders have been wrong every time. Today was the last straw, not only was the food wrong I believe the drinks came from 2 liter bottles that had been opened the day before and left on the counter. They were beyond flat and warm.

We came about 3:15pm, didn't have much time, had 4 appointments between Greenville and Springfield all day. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was very clean. However, the burgers we ok, but the fries tasted like lunch leftovers. Stale and cold. Had to keep moving no extra time for a re-do.

Had their double cheese burger w/mustard & pickles and some onion rings and let tell you can not buy a better meal anywhere. The other DQs in the area are not as good as Hillsboros.

Drive through always takes way too long regardless of how many cars are in line. They never can get your order right. The owners are absolutely awful and unprofessional. They treat their staff and customers like garbage. I will never go there ever again!

The food was very good. I got the BBQ Ranch Burger with fries and a drink for $5. The side salad is very small for $1.99 but it was at least fresh.

I met the owners on a flight to New Orleans, LA. They were nice, friendly, down-to-earth people that were excited and passionate about their store. From that alone, I am sure this is a great place to eat.
