I’ve been to this dispensary a handful of times and every single time the customer service has been very good and the selection and price is very good but this time I came a little bit closer towards the end of the day and one of the employees seem to not want to go and take one extra step to make sure that I was satisfied with what I wanted. Something as simple as just switching off an item that I wanted he did not want to do probably caught them on a bad day, but does not change the way that people think about them.

There are three dispensaries in the area, but the other two are corpo ones with people there a bit less personable. Windy City is not like that. It's a welcoming place full of warmth with friendly and helpful people. On top of that their prices can't be beat. Check them out, you won't be disappointedUpdate: its an outlet store now. I've compared getting 500mg of edibles at other locations and this one and realized it's at least 10 bucks cheaper here(even more so if you shop deals)
