Cannot say enough good things about Claudia and Rocky Blue! It was our pup's first time at a groomer, and she was fantastic with him. Instead of being frightened and anxious to leave, he was happy as could be when I went to pick him up, and probably would have stayed all day. Claudia was great with him, and has a great approach to her work, and the dogs she cares for. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love Claudia, she is the best my dogs were so afraid of their old groomer and came back and was acting so weird. When I switched over to Claudia, she has the love and passion for dogs after the grooming she lets them run around in the shop . She treats them like her own. My dogs always come back so well groomed, and smelling so good. She is the best.

Claudia makes an effort to get to know every single dog and it shows. She’s so sweet to my dog Nico and gets him so clean and smells amazing. I would recommend her to anyone. She added cute St. Patricks bandanas on top of our service. Nico and I always look forward to coming in!

Had an appt scheduled with her - showed up….. doors locked, no sign of anybody, did not pickup phone after numerous texts and calls. Never even heard back from her about the missed appt. Very disappointing.Luckily was able to get into another local groomer same day. Not reliable. Poor communication.

Claudia did an awesome job on my sweet lil Kaia! I love her new shop in Grayslake, though I would go anywhere she moved barring another state! I miss Sue who retired but did Kaia even after she retired. Claudia is amazing with animals, she treats them like they are her own. You can't do better than Rocky Blue and Claudia!! She is most awesome!!

I took my 4 month old Cockapoo to Rocky Blue today. He looks so adorable and absolutely loved Claudia!! I was concerned because he is so active and has anxiety but he was so good and she praised him and told me how lucky I was to have such a good dog!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are still in awe of how well our baby did with Claudia. She really is gifted! We've never been able to trim our boys nails and the vet's office tries as well but he hates it and he comes back with his nails bleeding and crooked. Claudia took her time was very gentle. We're still in disbelief at how well our boy did.

I went in to Rocky Blue and was pleasantly greeted by Claudia. I was a initially uneasy about the whole process since this is our first puppy and first groom but Claudia was so amazing! She gave me such peace of mind knowing that our puppy would be in such good caring hands. Given that this was our puppy’s first groom, she took extra care to make it a pleasant experience. I am so thankful that my friends referred me and I will be going to Rocky Blue Grooming from now on. Thank you Claudia! We’ll be seeing you soon!

I have a Golden Doodle and a Labradoodle, Claudia did an amazing job with both of them. She provided tips on how to stop them from biting themselves. I was told by a previous groomer not to take both of my dogs at the same time as they do not behave well together. Claudia showed me a funny video of how they were both getting on the table at the same time to get their hair cut. She was not bothered by them and enjoyed having them around. She's sweet and loves dogs.

I brought my dog there and when I picked her up she looked okay, wasn't the best cut ever but it was doable. Two large mats on her ears. I just moved into the area and I honestly don't know where my dog brushes are so she needed to be brushed but these were so matted that it looks like there was no attempt to brush them nor did they notify me that there was a mat. With that said, I'd rather take my girl to a place where there is more communication

Mundelein’s best kept secret! I highly recommend Claudia, but am afraid everyone will start using her and I won’t be able to get in when I want. My dog had back surgery and when I bring him in for a nail trim, I am allowed to hold him and keep his anxiety in check. A true dog lover and remarkable woman. I highly recommend Rocky Blue Grooming.

Despite multiple attempts to schedule a grooming appointment for my labrador through phone calls, voicemails, and text messages, it appears that this business is deficient in fundamental administrative tasks. This level of incompetence is truly disappointing.
