All Bucky's are great except Vernon Hills store on RT. 60. Always disappointed this manager refuses to put out dog treats. My two dogs won't let me stop there anymore. They make me go down the road to another station. They are losing a lot of business from me, I go past there at least 3 times per day. Love all Bucky's drink fountains.

Both gas stations are run by people who don't know anything about customer service. Came in to pump gas and they refused service because they didn't want to get stuck with a 100 and no change. Asked for cooperate's # and she tried giving me the rewards card #...

It is my go to gas station since it is less than a mile from my home and they have pretty good price per gallon, less than in neighboring Lake Forest and Highland Park. I use the car wash a lot and I must say that their coffee is very good too! You can even make a single cup Keurig coffee.

Went in tonight to make a purchase, guy behind the counter tells me that he's closing and is only accepting cards right now (weird), never heard of such a thing but, I just paid with my card anyway. Left and came back about an hour later to refill and he was still there. I guess this is a security measure of some sorts for (particular) people. Good job

I wish the Casey's fuel rewards could be used at this store seeing as it is technically a Casey's for everything except fuel & carwash

I bought a car wash. Worst car wash. Car did not get dry and there are still visible dirt all over car.I also asked for the the discounted car wash gas price after my wash and was told that it could not be discounted. Won’t be back
