Not sure where to start, I bought all the services for tires, life time balance, rotation, repair for both of my cars and yet to be able to use the services. Almost every time I go there they always have a reason to not take you in or you’ll have to wait 3-4 hours. Today 2.21.20214 I waited for my turn, after an hour they pull in the car in the bay, and guess what??? All of them go to break/lunch 🤯🤯! And I am still waiting 🤦🏻‍♂️

Stopped in to get a couple of everyday grocery items that we needed. The store is generally always neat and clean. They do stock a wide selection of food products but it is possible to find better prices on some items at the two other grocery stores in town. Always amazed to see how busy the store is.

Not bad always clean. The People thoaround here are unique in ways. Don't expect folks to say excuse me or move out of the middle of an aisle; they will block it. It's a local phenomenon usually only found in upper class areas with entitled people or in Florida. But, highland is a very nice town!

Picking up fresh fruit and vegetables for a tasty salad. I found the selection to be great. The store was very clean and orderly, I was in and out quite quickly. I generally don't use self checkout when purchasing a lot of fruit and veggies but use it for smaller items. Great in and out experience and highly recommend.

I heard allot of bad things from this Walmart and I will never ever shop here again. I heard from employees and I personally seen roaches in this store last summer in 2023 and will not come back and I’m surprise the health department haven’t shut them down yet. I know some good employees this store had and management one In particular name Gerald Hines drove that employee away and a bunch of other good employees that worked there no longer worked there because of members of management didn’t treat their employees that good and drove them out which is a shame because I used to enjoy shopping there. I will never come back but I definitely recommend anyone not to shop in the deli. They don’t take food safety seriously and no one write times on when food is cook in the hot case so you never know how hold the food been sitting in there. That is were I seen roaches so there Deli is not clean at all and if it was a normal restaurant they would of been shut down!

Wrongfully fired me AND wrongfully banned me. A CSM reported a LIE to corporate and now I better not need anything for my children past 9pm or I can't get it. At this point, I don't want my job back, I enjoy what I do now. I just want to be able to spend less, save more... I have 4 children and sometimes you run out of milk at 10pm .

Recently I got a new ucard to pay for otc products and food the self check out charge more for some item the way I found this out because the next day I went thru the reg check out and the same employee that help the previous day rang up the same products with different results cost less. Then on 3/5/24 the self check out wouldn't work with the ucard several customers were having the same problem hopefully this problem can be resolved until then self check out will receive bad reviews the ucard is used by elderly and disabled some are military old vets

Getting tired of all the rude employees that are shopping for online orders. They push you out of the way all the time, they don't say excuse me or anything. They're always blocking people from going around and they act like only they exist and that we don't matter. Frankly, they need to wait their turn just like all of us shoppers that come in and do our own shopping. Tired of being treated with rudeness. You need to show more value to those that actually come out and visit your store.

Good and clean store. There aren't as many employees all over doing grocery pick up and stocking like some stores. They still have actual check out lanes where employees scan your items for you. They have a better selection and better stocked shelves than many walmarts I've visited.

Gotta love wally world in Hoghlamd store is always clean, shelves don't look like there was a run on the store ( plenty of merchandise, unlike the stores in granite, collinsville, edwardsville, bigger city stores generally get hit hard with shoppers or shop lifting one because there rarely ha e what cja need abd get angry when they cam not fi d their items or when the are unable to return things reciently bought. They are getting harder and hardier to deal with anytime you need to return something the closer you get to st louis mo or a biger city the more rude the employees become at the service desk. They act like you stole the stuff even when u have the reciept, I ha e been told well you have returned so much pretty soon theyvwill nkt take anything back from you. I said the day they tell me that is the last time I will set a foot in any walmart again.

Still need to work on the crowd and spacing. More aware workers to keep steadily checkouts and gloves and masks for cashiers and sanitizer cloths for belt line to be wiped off before each customer. I love going to Wal Marts that aren't in St. Louis. Real talk. I always find things that I can't find in St. Louis Wal Marts. So nice, so reasonable, so different. Those blueberry Cheerios though. . .

Didn’t get their names but the dairy guys were awesome. The gallons were in the back because of renovations and they were very quick and polite to get my gallons of milk. Will definitely recommend the Highland Walmart because of their polite and professional dairy staff.

Highland's Walmart is kept clean and is a safe store to visit. Sadly, the variety of products is limited. I do understand that It fits the demographic of the area, but adding products to adjust to new residents would be nice. I hope they introduce more variety of vegetables and gluten-free products soon.

This store always has what I need in stock, but today I wanted to give a special shout out to Andrew in the electronics department. I bought a phone online via pick up order and when I got home to activate it, it wouldn't work. I called to see what was wrong bc it was a brand new phone and they said I had to bring it back to the store to get it scanned in at the register. So I brought it back in and the lady at the front didn't even try to issue a refund and sent me to the back. I ended up going to the back to electronics to see if they could refund it so I could buy it again. Thank God Andrew was there and was very attentive. He tried everything and it ended up working out. He saved me from leaving a bad review about his coworker. Good customer service from Andrew, he deserves a promotion for all he did and understanding my frustration.

They keep moving their products around!!!I understand it's to get customers to see other items and purchase stuff they never intended to buy! But it's very frustrating to the regulars who want to run in and out real quick. It's not just me, I hear all the locals complain about it...

Very busy today and only 1 checkout line open. Waited over 30 minutes with frozen food to check out. Had to use checkout line with actual person due to tax exempt. People very nice and helpful! But store not equipped to get people on their way. Usually have a better experience here.

I go here just about every day or ecery other. We always need something. They usually always have what we need. I will say, Since Walmart changed to their online shopping/pickup the customer service has gone downhill. It isnt just this location, but many others (even in other states we have been.) They are so focused on filling these orders that they will run you over. I have asked for help finding something, and it seems to be such an inconvenience. You can't help but ask them bc there is no one else around. I am not saying ALL of them at the Highland location are like that, but the vast majority, yes.

I walked in on crutches today to the highland store. That huge store only has 2 electric scooters and both were being used. So I had to get all of my things while walking on crutches. There is something seriously wrong with that. 2 scooters for a store that hundreds of people visit. Get more!
