I was able to get in and get what I wanted. However, the customer in front of me HAD to use rewards, which isn't normally an issue, if you know what phone number it's under. She did not. The clerk was way more patient that I would have been. I waited for over 10 minutes while she was trying to figure out her phone number. A second register was opened as the line was getting long, so when the 2nd clerk said she could take whomever was next, the guy behind me bolted over there. As I was turning around, he ki d of sheepishly said I could go, but by this time, I wasn't wanting to argue so I told him no, you were clearly here before me. The workers were great, they had what I needed but the customers themselves were a disaster. Come on people, let's do better.

Just had the pleasure of meeting your Pharmacist Collette. She was just as sweet kind and compassionate as they get!As we were finishing up she says "I hope you feel better!" Not enough of that pure kindness left in this mean world..Give the woman a raise! Shes a wonderful representation of your corporation

I love this shop, it has cute cosmetics and my favorite candles, but when I came to take a passport photo, I was greeted by a terribly rude girl, she had a very condescending look, and her answers were more like “I don’t care”. she didn’t even bother to answer yes or no, all she did was just point me to a chair/to my outerwear (to take it off), while I asked her questions looking at her face.I would think that she just had a bad day and she’s generally good person, if I didn't have to go there again and she again ruined my evening with her arrogant behavior.I would wish her to find a more introverted job where she doesn't have to interact with people. It's a pity that in such a nice place works such terrible people. Shame

As many of the reviews suggest, my experience with the pharmacy was very underwhelming. To be fair, I've encountered some of the drive-thru folks that are very friendly- although they were very busy. This time, I went inside and got my stuff inside the store. The lady waiting on me was very condescending- obviously impatient when I asked her to repeat herself- due to the mask and the plexi-glass.What a joke- it's like a comedy routine-everyone's wearing masks and trying to talk through a piece of plastic, and no one can hear anything the other is saying. Just like Get Smart and the Cone of Silence in the old TV show. I get weary of spending my hard-earned money at these places- just to get treated like a 2nd class citizen that's bothering the staff. My recommendation? If you can, find a mom and pop pharmacy that's not connected to the big pharmacy chains, and you'll usually get much better and more friendly service. In fact, they even act like they actually appreciate you stopping by. Walgreens has quickly become the Walmart of pharmacies- specialists at undervaluing their customers.

This place is a joke. My husband made an appointment to get a vaccination. We show up early per their request, only to be told that there would be an almost hour wait. They were taking walk-ins before him, even though he had gone through all the proper channels to schedule a time. What is the point of making an appointment if it isn't going to matter?

At pharmacy today..all were super nice. One of the techs even took time to help a lady who was having to check her sugar levels..she sat and explained everything from the meter to the strips to how to stick your fingers..
