Warning, Rick's won't accept a check outside their Zip Code, I'm not talking about out of state Zips, but 35 miles away from their store Zips. Apparently they have enough customers.

Nice local hardware store. One of the better Ace affiliate locations I've been to across the country. Friendly and helpful staff and a decently wide variety of merchandise.

This hardware store has almost anythingyou might need except lumber, I didnt see a large selection of lumber. But there's a lumber store right across the street, they were closed already I was just hoping for a piece of scrap lumber for a project, I was informed they donate all their scrap lumber, that's a great thing to do with it.

Prices are a little high, but you are paying for the convenience. The staff are always friendly. I appreciate the well stocked paint section.

These folks are always so helpful! I hand the guy a nut, washer and bolt assembly and say I need another one just like this. He takes it and in 2 minutes I had the twin, just what I needed. I really appreciate the attitude of the young people who helped me today. They were cheerful and attentive. That's why I love my local Ace Hardware.

Employees really didn't seem to care as far as customer service. Conter person wanted to know if I knew how much items where. Mostly youth at the counter. One employee was hacking up a storm sniffing coughing had mask around chin. In this current climate you could see people visible uncomfortable. I use Ace all over the country and have good experiences with this one...I think possibly management was away, will still go back once more.

Went to buy wire for the house electrical and didn’t have the 4 wire yellow cable we needed so we decided to go up a Guage. We got 15’ cut off and ended up costing $42.00. First of all that’s extremely expensive. Started walking to the counter and noticed a role of the same wire, 25’ for $44.00. You can’t return wire after it’s been cut and neglected to tell us. And they could’ve told us they had the same wire bagged up 10’ more for only $2.00 more. They didn’t care and didn’t bother helping. They didn’t give us a price before cutting the wire either.

The store is like a mom & pop store. Employee came to me ask what I was looking for. He wanted to know about my project. Good thing He did. He had a better idea to fix my problem with less effort.

I came here when I needed plumbing supplies for remodeling my kitchen. The staff was helpful, and they had everything I needed! Prices are great and the location is very convenient for me.

Higher price than same thing at Rural King, although they do have a better selection. Gliks parking lot is falling apart, potholes everywhere, multiple angled parking lines.

Total rip Off. They send you these reward cards to use. ACE rewards. Go to check out this only happens at Rick's Ace Hardware in Highland. They say sorry you can only use one rewards at a time period this is the only ACE that does this policy. Their loss not mine. I will go to Rp lumber aviston lumber or home depot or lowes before I spend another penny at that store.

I went to try and get a replacement for my Craftsman utility knife .And was told that they don't do that anymore..They gave me a phone number to call.Going somewhere else to get it replaced .
