Very disappointed in this place, heard good things. Took my German Shepard to get his nails clipped and they acted like we were an inconvenience to them, didn't even try to say hi to my dog or introduce themselves very transactional, then we come back in and they clipped one of his nails and said he got agitated, which he is a very sweet dog whom just doesn't like nails clipped so they refused to do it and were very rude. I am disgusted and will never be returning here, shame on you guys! Do better for our community. I know the "owner" of the page is claiming my dog is aggressive, but I promise you, and you can ask literally anyone who's met him even briefly.. he is the sweetest thing, innocent like a child. They made zero effort to comfort me or my dog in this "transaction." I reiterate, do better for the community. You're obviously capable of good things.

I love Double J Doggie Play N Stay. My dog loves it and I still take him here for boarding and grooming after moving to St. Louis ~2 years ago. I won’t trust anyone else! They will get to know and love your dogs as their own.

I have taken my Papillion a couple of times to be groomed. Each time he has been cut by the groomer in a couple of places. The first time I thought it a rare occurrence but it happened again. I will not recommend this groomer your dog should not come Back with raw bloody spots.

Loved it. Exceptionally helpful. Helped me with my car when the dog threw up.Very professional, very clean,very quick and so polite. Plenty of products to choose from. I really had a very delightful and pleasant visit. To all pet owners if your in the Highland area, please give it a try. I will definitely be going back there for their services.

My dog loves double J the staff is amazing, they know my pup by name as soon as we walk in the door. They didn’t a great job working with him to be able to play with the bigger dogs and recognizing when he needed to switch rooms. They also have amazing groomers! I can tell my pup is well taken care of when he comes home.

If you need an amazing day care or over night care. This is the place you need to bring your fur baby to! The price is amazing and the service is even better than that! We love not having to worry about our 4 dogs being there while we are on vacation. Our dogs come home happy and healthy and alittle better behaved when they go here. Keep up the good work you all!

My dogs come back from here looking and smelling clean. They are very good with my GSD, who is afraid of new experiences, and can be a handful, yet they are able to calm his fears, and get about 3 small dogs with of hair off him. I can actually go a few days without vacuuming after pick up. These ladies take good care of my dogs and I highly recommend. Excellent!

Boarded our three dogs for 3 days. They were supposed to be bathed as well during the stay. I went to pick them up and they didn’t receive baths and they smelled of urine including their blankets. 😔Update: They got all three back in for baths and nail trims same day and returned within a couple hours. Thank you 😊

In my opinion, boarding a dog should not be taken lightly. After extensive research, reviews, and recommendations, I decided to show up unexpectedly around 11am. I wanted to see how things were run when unexpected guests arrive.1. I did not feel welcomed and from attitude and body language, the lady looked put out to talk to me.2. I was not allowed to tour the facilities. Busy or not, I want to be able to see where my dog will be staying and playing. I was directed to look at a TV screen to see where my dog would be housed.3. All the dogs were in kennels. If this is what you are looking for, then great. It was not for me.4. There were a few dogs running around the office while the groomer was grooming a dog. Looked like pure chaos.🤔5. I could go on and on but overall, the place was not for us. I do not feel comfortable emnough to leave my dog in their hands.

Double J's is fantastic. We take our dogs there for all of their grooming needs as well board them when we go out of town. They always take such great care of our dogs. Their prices our fantastic and our dogs love going there.

Double J always takes good care of my 2 dogs. Love being able to purchase a spa day so they can get groomed while there. Cannot beat their prices. I know they play hard when they are there because they sleep for like 2-3 days after boarding or daycare.

We always send Precious here when we go out of town. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my fur-baby, but I feel like this group at Double J will and does take care of her as I would! Excellent job, guys, and thank you so very much for the peace of mind and great service you provide!!!!

I'm not afraid to leave my dog there. My last groomer was terrible. She shaved my Bichon &burned his in several spots. Baxter would flatten out on the ground & whimper. I thought he just didn't like the bath, no I didn't follow my instincts. I was desperate to find a groomer that Baxter wasn't afraid of. The first time I took Baxter he was apprehensive, she picked up & he was.just fine. If he would whimper & try to get away I would not have groomed him there. They're great! Baxter was able to go into their office with some other dogs(I was really scared, cause he goes nuts when a dog passes our house), but he was just fine with that!!! I guess they get to know the dog & calm him. They do a great job on grooming too! I am so happy I found this place. I give it 5 stars.

Top notch, first class facility that's very reasonably priced! They are a cage free grooming facility and our dog loves the place. Jason, the trainer, is great with dogs! He had our dog walking and sitting with us during 1st private visit! Not the typical gotta come back 10 times for $$$ to train, just as needed!

They did a great job with my dog, they even have a self wash. Not many places have that. They even help me learn how to grind her nails and what to look for. It's family owned and they listen to you and help. It's a really great place for dogs to play while at work or even visiting out/in town.

Double J is the best doggie day care ever! We are new to town and needed day care for three dogs and Jessica and her crew gladly took them in within a few days. Everyone is professional (amazing), courteous, and seem to really like what they do. Under our circumstances, I believe it was a true blessing. This is the only groomer that I will take my dog to. Everyone is friendly and professional and really knows how to handle all types of dogs. I have a Chihuahua/Papillion mix who can get excitable at times. The staff was able to groom her with no problems. They did a wonderful job and I will continue to travel from Maryville to Highland whenever my girl needs attention.

When we had a recent house fire, Double J offered to come to our house while the fire departmentwas still processing it to pick up our dog for emergency boarding. They have worked with our insurance company themselves to handle the billing of his long term boarding while our house has been restored instead of making us serve as a go-between. Because of the length of his stay, they have allowed us to take him out several times a week for a walk or for play time. While we have had a million things to worry about because of the fire, because of everyone at Double J, our dog's health and happiness has not been one of them. They are the best.

Phenominal customer service! A true passion for fur babies! Best piece of mind when leaving your doggies behind!!! Very clean facility and even with all the dogs in and out even smells great! The grooming was also excellent!!! I would rate 10 stars if it were and option! Highly recommend!

My mom has a Pomapoo. He has outrageous hair. She has tried multiple places in the area. This is the only place, in a pretty large area, she has ever happy with. During the shutdown his hair got out of control I butchered it while trying to fix it. Let me just say these guys worked magic fixing it!! Wonderful staff!!!
