Wow!!! Such a rude bunch of people. I had my prescriptions sent to CVS for the first time. I am going back to Walgreens. The crew on 11/29/23 evenings need to find new jobs. They are rude and hateful. Never stepping in that store again.Amy Moore

Big shout to Bonnie for always helping with question and always going above and beyond. The reason I changing my review to 1 star is because worker in pharmacy Jessica is always so rude to customers. I am switching my pharmacy after multiple bad experience with cvs pharmacy team. Terrible customer services.

Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Very rude and they act like you are bothering them. I have an issue every time I try to fill my prescription. I will be taking our business elsewhere. Get it together CVS!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are rude and there is an issue every single time I need a prescription filled. They take forever to fill it then half the time it’s wrong. We are a family of 8 and it’s happened no matter which family member it is. I’m beginning to think it’s worth paying the extra money to go to Walgreens.

Store is clean, they have a large variety of items & the shelves are fairly well stocked. I haven't had as much trouble buying what I need at CVS pharmacy and they hive you $5 for every 10 Rx you have filled. Walgreen started limiting the amount of points you could cash in at 1 time then they quit giveing the Rx bonuses all together.

Rude on the phone. Always making you feel as if you are putting them out. In store at highland Il. Isn’t much better! The best one in the area is the crew at CVS in Collinsville on Vandalia. These women techs are great. They should give the other stores customer training.

My friend desperately needs her prescription or she could lose her eyesight in one eye. Yesterday, she was told it would be another 1/2 hour so I took her home because she was in so much pain. Her daughter picked up the prescription later that evening. Now, her other prescription was not available and her husband went to pick it up today. Again, he was told it would be 1/2 hour. He has to work. The pharmacy has been screwing around for 2 days for a prescription that is vital. I will advice my friend to go to Walgreens from here on out.

Very poor help from the women of store on phone or in person , if they don’t like there job find something else !! There are plenty of jobs due to no one wants to work any way !!It is a lot easer to kind !All I know is I am tired of the women of cvs pharm and there attitude’s !!I will be going away from CVS !!

Customer service in the pharmacy is lacking. The staff do not take the initiative to follow up with a prescribing provider when there is an issue. Rather, they put it back on the consumer, which delays the filling of the script. This is not good customer service, in my opinion. A simple provider to provider call could quickly resolve most issues between a prescriber and the filling pharmacy and helps promote medication compliance. In an era where preventive health is such a focus, it is frustrating that this pharmacy will not be take these simple proactive steps. I have switched to Walgreens previously when we experienced these service issues with CVS and had a much better customer experience. Benefit changes this year require me to use CVS. I will be sharing this experience with our company benefits manager.

Pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help me use my new insurance at the beginning of the year. I spent hours on the phone with the insurance company earlier that day, and once I finally got to the pharmacy and it wouldn't go thru, I was beside myself. The ladies in the pharmacy made all these calls and made it happen, even tho I was just some stranger walking in as a new customer. They did their best to make a stressful experience into a positive outcome, and you can't really ask for more.There is one employee, an older woman, who is always very ugly and unkind every time I have to deal with her, though. She asked me when I would like my prescriptions pick up, and when I name a time she laughed in my face and said they were too busy. I will always go out of my way to go to the CVS in Edwardsville instead of the one in Highland because of this rude treatment. She works in the pharmacy, not me, so I'm always open to hear what time slots my prescriptions will be available in, but let's not make a game out of humiliating the customer, here. I am not impressed and will never go back to the CVS unless I absolutely have to.

Godfrey Il, Schnucks in Shnucks AltinI would like to complain to the CVS company, before I could just let them know a needed a refill and I could put in the seven numbers and I was finished!!. I have lessen all the info about Covid then they ask what I want.... I said 1, the refill .... then continue to talk. I wait till their finished... I say 1....refill. they then say... good bye.... Very frustrated and unhappy! I guess I will have to bring in my med bottles to get these refills!!

Well ,I have been trying to fill my prescription for Ozempic for 3 weeks ,keep getting text its been special ordered again today (I think this is the 3rd or 4th time)so I called today and this is what I was told your prescription is back ordered and if you need it you will have to get it somewhere else???Exactly what I said ,my insurance says I go to CVS ,so I am out of my medication completely this Friday, so I called my doctor and left message to have them send it to Walgreens, amazing never been treated this way ,it already cost too much ,now I have to deal with this, INSANITY

All we needed was an existing prescription transferred to highland cvs. Oh my you would have thought we needed the world. 4days and still not filled. Made a unexpected trip back to local home town to get help, thank you cvs for nothing.

Impossible to speak by phone with this store. 15 minutes hold time and dealing with their phone system has convinced me to NEVER shop CVS anywhere. They are totally erased and will NEVER earn another $ from me.

So I would to let y’all know that cvs has this one bad pharmacist who doesn’t care about her job. My mom literally just went in and LINDA says it’s not ready so we go through the drive through and guess what LINDA you are stupid because the medicine was ready. Thx for nothing LINDA!!
