For once, I'll side with the self checkout machines... This store desperately needs one for the sake of the customers time.Just spent 10 minutes in line without moving because the manager would rather complain about her job and the conditions she agreed to.

Dirty trifling women work at this dollar general. Treat you terrible wait in line forever. Coupons never get taken off they lie about sales to not give you your five dollars off. Make you go to car and bring stuff back inside to refund to get your 5 dollars then say f you and tell them it won’t let you. Hope your store and you in it fall off a cliff

Every time my girlfriend goes into get cigarettes, there damn machine denies her even though she's 21 years old. The cashier enters her DOB shown on the ID "correctly" on the machine another time and it stills denies her. Dollar General either you need to get a new machine or get cashiers who actually know how to work the machine or know what they are doing.

Very nice employees but their back room is very unorganized and dirty. Card board on the floor, which can cause a employee to slip and fall. A workmanship comp/ lawsuit issue. A broom and 2 minutes can fix a life changing event. I pray the manger will fix this problem soon. Store is clean and employees are awesome.

This is an every few days stop for me. I can go in find what I'm looking for at a very reasonable price and more times than not I can have everything I went after and checked out in 15 minutes or less. There are only a couple times of the day you will run into a crowd but that is true for all stores. If you time it right and know what your going after this is a stress free and easy in and out place to pick up necessities and be on your way to the next stop in a matter of minutes.

The store is usually crowded and cluttered. And I'm speaking of the one by Kroger the cashier will talk your head off and is sometimes a little rude there's products in merchandising Lane the floor boxes blocking entrances to isles a lot it's an okay place but I'd recommend going to the one on the other side of town first

you literally had to wait for a worker to check out and when asking about product they didn't know. clean store but you got to have a bell or something because i realize they have work to do when they aren't checking people out. it was two gentlemen that were working think one had been on a break so the other one shouldn't have left the register unless it was dead..............

This place is fairly busy and as such the shelves are sometimes jumbled up. The aisles are crowded and the parking lot is laid out strangely. Not bad if you just want to run in for a couple items.

I shop here almost daily. I love all the current employees. The only downfall of shopping here is they rarely have both registers open making the wait in line extremely long sometimes and seems like they have a hard time keeping some things available and in stock...sometimes the store seems cluttered and things seem out of place but other than that its a good place to shop.

Store often kind of a mess and understocked but they seem understaffed as well. Not as nice as one on north end of town but still fairly cheap and quick in and out.

I always like DG. They have great digital coupons and it's a great place to run to get simple things like milk, bread and eggs without having to go to a big grocery store.

Tostitos were on sale 2 for $5. I only needed 1 bag so unfortunately I had to pay $3.50. The only way to get the discount was to buy 2 bags.☹ This is what the cashier told me.

The staff is always friendly, but the store is completely disgusting. There was literally a roach crawling down the shelf when I was in the check out. They seriously need to remodel this store!

The Carterville D. G. has missing handles on their freezer doors. This has been the case for a couple of years. I find it hard to believe the Dollar store can not afford to replace handles. How lazy!
