The staff was especially friendly and took extra care to make sure the dogs were comfortable. This was my first time boarding a pet at this facility, but it will be my go-to in the future for boarding needs.I was especially happy to have a choice between an indoor-only setup and one with indoor/outdoor range. The price was very fair for all that was offered, and I enjoyed knowing that the staff would be interacting with my pup throughout the day.Thank you again Central Animal Inn :)

Wonderful boarding experience. Very reasonably priced. My dog gets a bath and nails trimmed while there. Can come and go from inside to his outside yard. Pay a bit extra and they get a doggy ice cream everyday. Honestly I sometimes wonder if my old guy even wants to come home.

Great experience! Staff is amazing, very clean and my girls, two larger dogs, seemed to LOVE it. I've always been afraid to kennel them, because I was afraid they'd be bad, but I HAD to for a trip. Such a relief to know I have a safe place for them to stay!

Brought our dog here. Took all his things he uses at home including dry food and it was never given to him his entire stay. Staff did not interact with him. I will not be boarding him here again.

Cat haters! I brought in my cat to shave he was tranquilized for the appointment at. 9 they said he wasn't ready when I asked at 2 I didn't understand why it takes all day to shave a cat they must have left him in his pet carrier all day tranquilized and ignored to tend to dogs I go demanding him back they had removed his claws and did a rush buzz cut on his stomach and he went home furry as ever and unable to climb tress or protect himself for weeks for $90

Cheaper than most places in the area. But you get what you pay for!Told them my bigger dog gets the bigger bed, they put it in the kennel with our smaller dog. He chewed up the bed and we had to throw it away. We had bought our smaller dog a smaller& cheaper bed because we knew he would probably chew on it.Our big pup had to use the smaller bed (that he doesn’t fit on) and our big expensive bed had gotten chewed up.This all could have been avoided if staff would have listened to our directions.This is their second stay, first time they both came home with kennel cough. Which I know happens, so we gave them a second chance.

Left our furbabies there for a week while we went on vacation since our vet is there at the animal hospital. We came back a day early to pick up our boys and still paid price if we had left them another night. We were able to check on our boys daily with the cameras they have set up. We picked our boys up and they seemed somewhat traumatized by their stay but can't say why.

We board our pets here when we go out of town. Never had any problems. Pets are always groomed when we pick them up. Excellent service!!

Was able to fit me in at the last minute when my go-to kennel had an outbreak of kennel cough. Prices are reasonable. Easy access to the airport. The outside yards are excellent for most dogs, although I do worry a little about the noise from the traffic all night. The cattery is quiet. Staff are kind and the place is immaculate.

I have been using Central Animal Hospital for 8+ years. They have been great with my animals and the vets really care. I took 2 of my dogs in for yearly exams in Carbondale. My new rescue who was feral required a muzzle,(fabric). They were patient but got the job done. The techs are also kind and efficient.

My family has been using this kennel for about 10 years now. Excellent staff, facility, and pet care.We are on our second dog who is not the most social or best to handle outside of our family. Central Animal Inn staff has continued to provide care for our dog and has worked through challenging times with his temperament. With their patience, we no longer have concerns or trouble for pet care when we travel. He has become more outside-family social and does fine with kenneling. Just wanted to share a story of how this facility does go beyond the norm.

Some staff are fine, but they do NOT communicate with the kennel in the same parking lot ( even though they say they do). We had to scramble at the last minute to find a kennel so we could go in vacation because the vet staff told us they would schedule with the kennel, but never did.

Took great care of our cats while we were on a long trip. It was nice knowing they were safe and had medically care if needed. The windows with the bird feeders are a definite bonus for the cats. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Webcam worked sometimes. Dogs were taken care of.For Sunday pick up they really need more staff on hand to help. 10-12 people waiting to pick up in a two hour window is just asking for chaos.

My dog is traumatized after staying over the weekend. She smelled of heavy urine and needed washed as soon as I got her home. The grooming services cut to deep on or cut far to short. All nail cuttings are jagged and need to be properly trimmed / filed to repair her nails. She has been peeing on the carpet none stop as a result and has been acting distressed.

Our dogs were well taken care of. They received a bath and also a scoop of puppy ice cream every day we were gone. As hard as it is to put your pet in someone else's care when you go on vacation, I felt really good about leaving them here for a weekend.

I have a large dog, and this is the only place I feel comfortable leaving him as they offer large suites. It’s a bonus that I can monitor him online. He is always very excited to come here, and I know that his excitement can make him a handful, but the workers here are always wonderful with him. He’s clean and happy when I pick him up again.

Clean,friendly environment where most importantly--they respect&are kind to my cat. Reasonable fees&did the best lion cut on my long-haired cat, who'd acquired impossible matting. Love them!

My dog got bit by a snake and his leg started to swell. I called them at 745 pm and they were still able to see my dog. I had to pay an emergency visit fee but my pooch is worth it. Highly recommend this vet clinic.
