1st time here and I've never gotten my dog back from a groomer looking so fresh and clean, even for a husky too. I didnt get her name, but the blonde groomer that attended to Sasha at 2pm on 4/18 went above and beyond after I told her that my dog was a rescue and made extra accommodations just to be sure Sasha felt safe, happy, and well. I wasn't able to say thank you but I appreciate all that you did. Definitely coming back again.

I don't normally shop here but was visiting a nearby store so thought I would check out their options in dog food. As soon as my daughter and I entered the store a horrible smell hit us. I thought maybe it was in one spot and proceeded to the dog food. It was so bad we pulled our shirts over our noses. I was out of dog food so I quick grabbed a small bag and headed to the counter to pay. Staff was oblivious to the smell. When I mentioned it he was like, "oh? Sorry". He tried to have me sign up for rewards but I told him no because I had to get out of there! When we got outside my daughter and I were so happy to be able to breath again. Between the animals for sale in the store and the accidents shoppers pets have while visiting, I don't think anyone really cleans things up. I will never walk in this store again.

These guys blow away the competition about a mile south. The staff is very friendly (especially Morgan) and professional, and do a great job grooming our dog. Great job guys.

The only reason I think this is a 5 star location is because of Ms.Morgan the trainer. She remembers our girl even though we took her class months ago. She goes above and beyond and truly loves her job!

Normally love this place but when price matching my items, which first of all it’s ridiculous you have to price match every item to their online price otherwise you’re getting screwed, but either way I deal with it and normally the cashiers are very helpful but today the cashier seemed very annoyed with me despite me only having 4 items and there being hardly anyone in the store. Also seemed like she thought I was trying to scam them or something nor would she give me the 20 percent off code that was online saying you can only price match or use the coupon which is a lie because they’ve done it for me here multiple times.

The cashier was extremely helpful. We changed food brands for our nine month old dog and she was very knowledgeable in the brand we selected. She was for sure correct as he had no issues with the transition and loves his new food!

I have a mix German Shepherd and a Rottweiler, everytime we get their showers scheduled they come out smelling good and looking good. Best spot to take your pets. Bailey and Zeus.

Felix from the fish department was very helpful towards my grandma and I. We asked him questions about the live plants and he seemed to know everything. He even gave me my first plant FOR FREE!! He was amazing. If I had the money I would tip him $100. Thanks Felix! Hope to see you again soon.

Today I went to drop my dogs off to get groomed and I waited 25 minutes. Why the lady helped another customer over the phone instead of helping a customer in front of her if she’s gonna disrespect me she’s probably gonna disrespect my dogs I wouldn’t get your dog groom there because they’re not gonna treat your dogs respectfully and they’re not gonna treat you with respect and you’re gonna wait there for 20 minutes. The old lady is the most disrespectful person you will meet

Savanah is a fantastic employee. Greeted me at the door, took the time to walk me to the item I needed, and then provided a pleasant cheery checkout. Definitely someone who enjoys what she does, knows her store and its merchandise. Great to deal with someone that has a genuine smile.

We have been taking 2 of our dogs there for a couple years now, we do have one dog that is very picky with people. Our groomer of choice was not able to make it to work today, we always double check that she is there before we schedule appointments. They have placed notes in the files about one of our dogs requiring that specific groomer only. Rather than them calling us or letting us know that she was not in when we showed up they chose to still attempt to groom him anyways. They did not end up grooming him because he was growling at the groomer. We ended up having to pick him up and we were told we are not able to bring him back anymore. The fact that in years coming here we have never had an issue and in one day he was banned for growling at someone who we already told them he did not care for is frustrating. I'm disappointed in the way this was handled. I guess we will be searching for a new groomer for both of our dogs. We couldve just taken him home and rescheduled with the groomer he likes and avoided the whole situation if they wouldve checked the notes and just not groomed the dog like as stated.

Staff are always friendly and kind. I go here for a mostly crickets and worms for my pet leopard gecko. I like how the staff members know immediately what I come for as soon as I’m there they immediately send help with great costumers service. Thank you for the great service.

I enjoy getting some products here however I wouldn’t suggest getting any fish or aquatic animals here.I’ve tried multiple times to get snails and shrimp from this location. Everytime they end up dropping one or more of them and pick them up with their bare hands either from the floor or their cart and throw em in the bag for me to purchase. Most were dead before I even left the store. Of course they claim that they were not dead and would be fine once in the aquarium…not.If you are looking for a place to get fish etc I suggest Birds and Beasts in Crystal Lake. Anything I’ve purchased from there has lived long beyond it’s time…they’re very helpful and informed.

You find PetSmart in a lot of locations . What makes this location awesome is the WONDERFUL Staff. Passion for work, willingness to see a happy customer and to strive to work for it is rare , at least in many locations.The response to phone inquiry was awesome and I might even say OUTSTANDING. The willingness to match the eagerness of customers with the store teams enthusiasm is worth commending .Not just one . All are awesome at this store .

The staff is super nice here. I was looking for a particular food item for my 18 year old cat and not only did they check if they had it in stock they put it aside for me so I could easily come in and pick it up! Me and my kitty say thanks a lot for the great customer service!

Cheap crickets and memorial day sale on bearded dragons for $20 off. Great selection of reptiles and items for the tanks. I highly recommend going here. Very friendly staff. Wouldn't go anywhere for pet supplies but here

This was a very special day. Our gal Ms. Twigs 12mo Birthday gift....spa day 🐕Twigs fell in love with her groomer Emily (so did we). Knowing that this was her first grooming, Emily took special care. She made sure Twigs was going to love being groomed. She loved it and looks fabulous.

Prices are actually pretty good on a lot of their products especially with their member card and sales they run. The 2 employees that helped us were able to answer questions about the animals and how to care for them. As opposed to a regular retail cashier from any other store. Plus it is nice to have somewhere to go with our dogs to get out of the house especially in the winter.
