Petco groomers LOVE my dog. In turn she loves them back. Their service is always well done with courtesy and efficiency. My dog loves to come and visit them and appreciates the extra love and attention they show her. I enrolled her in the Vital Care Program and loving the care I can give at a great value.

Savannah was so kind and understanding. Our dog had never been groomed before or had his nails done before and we were worried he would be scared during the process. But she took good care of our kody and he came out smelling so good and feeling so soft. We had to get his nails done because we are renting in a place that has hardwood floors and we didn't want to mess them up. Thank you again!

I used to take my Mastiff to Petsmart in McHenry for grooming and they would try to put her in a cage too small for her. So they made me start doing express appointments which were before the store opened and were very inconvenient, and I was not allowed to stay and wait for her.I decided to try Petcos grooming and was very happy. I scheduled online for a mid day appointment on a business day. When we got there, they took my Mastiff in right away, no cages for her. I was able to sit and wait for her in the store. They were very patient and had great interactions with my dog. Stephanie was awesome and I will definitely be back. Unfortunately my dog is sensitive to people doing her nails, except for me, and they were not able to provide that service. But they discounted for that and were very apologetic. And I know they tried their hardest. Overall a great experience, I'm very happy and will definently be back again. Thank you Stephanie!!!

Our Groomer, Samantha, was very knowledgeable and patient. As your grooming room has windows I was able to observe the interaction between my dog and the groomer. This has been the best grooming experience my dog has had. We will definitely use your services again and will let friends know about your services as well.

The staff was very courteous and nice from the start of the process until complete. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them. Will only use them going forward. Other pet groomers in the McHenry area act like it’s a burden that your trying to bring your pet to them. Keep up the positive attitude, customers and their pets enjoy that Petco.

Stephanie the groomer at Mc Henry is wonderful. My dogs love her and she is such a great animal lover that it shows. My dogs actually go crazy when I tell them we are going to visit Stephanie. She was at Crystal Lake and then left and now back in McHenry and I am so happy about that. My dogs are my babies and I have to trust the people looking after my babies and I do with Stephanie.

Since taking my dog here to get groomed I’ve been to the vet ER and to the vet because he now has pneumonia. He doesn’t interact with any other dogs and doesn’t go to any dog park ever. I will never take my dogs to this place again!
