The staff is incredible. I have a 6 month old puppy who is scared of people and we have been working on socializing her. The staff is so patient and understanding and just amazing. We do the training classes with Nick. Dani has been wonderful, and I’m not sure his name but he has curly hair. They are amazing and so helpful

I had arrived almost immediately after placing my order. (I had expected to be much later, but it worked out otherwise) I called the store and they were so nice and had told me they had just pulled my order and they’d meet me at the curb.I offered to come inside to pick it up myself because I thought making them bring it out was silly, but they insisted.So nice. Very genuine person that helped me. Great experience.

Jenisee and Amanda are amazing for grooming!!! They are both so caring and truly care about your pet. Both Jenisee and Amanda are super precise and make sure their grooming decisions are the best for your pet which I so appreciate! My pet had multiple ticks and Jenisee was absolutely amazing in taking care of my pup and handling the tough situation. Jenisee gave me really great recommendations on best practices to keep ticks off my pup as well!So thankful for these two amazing ladies to be right in my backyard in McHenry! Go book your next grooming with Jenisee or Amanda; they are amazing!!

Dani has been grooming and bathing our very large dog Shadow, they work great with each other and Shadow looks better every time. If you need grooming services for your dog, I recommend going to see Dani, you will not be disappointed

I ordered my purchase online and went to pick it up. My item was there but there was a 20% discount ticket on the already purchashed item for any other purchases. The clerk did not mention this and did not give me the 20% discount. I noticed it after I made the additional purchase went back in the store and asked for my discount. I was on a time schedule and it wasted a lot of time I did not really have. Not good

I brought in my shepherd/husky mix to get groomed by Emily and I'm so thankful that I did. My fur baby is a rescue, nine month old skidish puppy and I was a little worried that she was going to have a hard time trimming her nails and cleaning her ears. Emily had no problem at all handling Kardi and she looks and smells great! My puppy seems happy and was very comfortable with Emily. She was very professional and we'll be back!

Friendly staff that always treat my puppy with lots of love. (Jordan, Pat, and a few others.) Groomers are legit! I own a giant breed pup at 130lbs (Newfoundland). They always take care of my Vader whenever we go and I truly appreciate all of the ladies there.

Very very kind staff! We were very well treated and taken care of most importantly our girl loved the groomers when she went in for a nail trim and buff. She has anxiety and can be weird about her paws but they were so good with her! Will definitely be bringing her back.

I recently became a hermit crab parent and I am so grateful for the one team member who works here who also owns hermies. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with tips and best practices. Beyond that, she was incredibly patient and kind which I appreciated because I was pretty frazzled the day I came in trying to figure out hermit crab husbandry.I absolutely will be back for all my hermit crab needs!

They are always out of feeders I need or the feeders they have are half dead. The animal habitats were dirty. Also the betta display had filthy cups and no less than 7 dead bettas on display to their main aisle. As a former pet store manager, this disgusts me. I won't be shopping here again. I love their reptile selection but I'll go to Crystal lake instead.

My dog was treated very nice by the staff and I have also purchased 2 ferrets from them and I have been nothing less than satisfied with them for years now. When they switched to healthier foods I was so happy about that. I used to go to the other big chain but after the way I was treated after the purchase of my first ferret I have been treated very well like family no matter who you are working with and I love that with their staff. Thank you guys so much...the Ferret Lady lol
