I was left on hold at 2pm for 15 mins then the automatic answering service released the call, the staff allowed the phone to just ring until I hung up. I was so disgusted I used the app to transfer my medication to another pharmacy. They have horrible service but this was the last straw. I do not recommend this location

Called the pharmacy about my prescription as my doctor instructed and the woman who answered, didn't give a name, was rude af. She barely used complete sentences to explain the situation regarding why my prescription wasn't available but then got angry that I wasn't understanding what she was saying to me. Hung up on me as soon as I indicated I understood her choppy phrasing without making sure I was finished with my questions.

I HATE this place with all my being. The people dealing with the customers range from acceptable to downright rude. They also make you FOREVER to get your meds. I waited for 15 minutes and I was at the window. I am moving my prescriptions to CVS. I am done with Walgreens.

There were no workers available at the photo pick up area. After 20 minutes the man at the counter called on the speakers for some workers and no one still didn’t come. A couple of minutes pass and finally the person at the cash register finally came even though the line was long. We ask for our photos he half looks for them. Instead of letting us cut the line because we were waiting at the photo stand for so long he takes the photos and makes us wait in line. We go and check if anyone is at the clinic their was but they ran back and hid we they saw us.

Only rating 5 stars because Katie in the pharmacy went above in beyond to do her job! Went there in evening to pick up medicine for my mom while one worker told me her insurance denied her and it would cost 314.79 and there was nothing she can do Katie called the insurance company like the card said in those cases for her to get the release they approved it and we got the medicine for 33$ thank you Katie my mom was in lots of pain , crying and can’t walk ! We appreciate your hard word people deserve to be acknowledged!

We had a wonderful experience getting both our Covid vaccines, 1/24 and 2/20. The pharmacist and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and professional. I was also impressed with a young man, at the front cash register, who was so kind and helpful to an elderly gentleman, who was struggling with coupons and his purchases on 2/20.

This Walgreens location is okay for the general store however if you need pharmacy services I highly recommend that you go elsewhere. They are always under staffed and visibly unhappy for the most part. I have had many instances where they ask ME the dosages and directions for my medications...I mean isn’t that on file from my physician?!?!? Lastly, forget calling this pharmacy unless you have plenty of time to spare. They are dispensing medicine, doing Covid tests, flu shots, and now, Covid vaccines yet the number of staff members has not increased. I’m sorry but word of advise based on a couple of years going here, avoid this Walgreens pharmacy if at all possible.

Waited over a week for my prescription to be refilled. Walgreens kept telling me it was my drs office after 25 min holds on the phone and 30 min drive thru waits. My medication causes seizures when not taken everyday. This had nothing to do with my Dr. Refills were available.

Staff has poor customer service in pharmacy department. They're very dry & Derrick is short with me every time I speak to him. Seems as if they're doing it for a paycheck only & do not have a passion for their career. I'd rather go out of my way to another Walgreens than deal with them.

Max is very rude. Doesn’t greet customers when they come in, has a very stale look on his face at all times, and when I came to the checkout he did not say a word to me during the entire transaction. Didn’t even tell me my total. He made me uncomfortable and not want to come to this location again.

Purchased a gift card at this location— gave it as a gift— zero dollars on it, but was charged. How embarrassing. Went to corporate and they were extremely helpful.

They definitely need to work on thier customer service in the Pharmacy. Long wait time and not very courteous. I'll definitely choose another location next time.

Customer service is very poor every time I would go through the pharmacy drive thru line. Nasty attitudes. No courtesy, I suggest not getting prescriptions from here.

Waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes to get tested, when it was finally my turn the tech tells me the pharmacist went on lunch and i have to come back in an hour (like i didn’t just wait in line for almost an hour) clearly they’re just disrespecting people’s time.
