I decided to stop in for a quick visit thee worst decision this store is one of the dirtiest locations inventory all over the floor. Cash register takes 2 to 3 minutes to print receipt employee asked for help to remove an item. The manager decided to get up with one of the worst attitudes slinging the bag to the floor that the customer wanted. For this store to be so pricey it’s not worth the experience. Never will visit again.

The salesperson which was a female was not a friendly person at all. I visited on June 14th to purchase some allergy medicine. The sales lady, never looked up to say thank you, after she gave me my change. So I said Thank you and she just acknowledged. "Mmm hmmm.." I feel that was rude.

Store was revamped to make it more customer friendly, but now it seems like a big mess. Most times you don't see the manager and the store employees seem like they can care less. Lastly everything costs more than a dollar?! Change the name. Ijs.

Was just in there. Aweful!! Absolutely Aweful!!!Very long line, manager with no mask, YES MANAGER with no mask. Her shirt was cut down the middle so her chest was almost falling out. I asked her why she wasnt wearing a mask cause it clearly says on the door that you cant come in without a mask. She told me she was off the clock. But she was still behind the registers, ringing people out. She then reached behind her to get a mask and made a big production putting it on. I only knew she was a manager cause it said so on her name tag. Very rude and unprofessional!!!!

Excellent store. Neat, tidy, well stocked. Great location, easy parking. Cashier I’ve had several times looks unfriendly but she’s actually fantastic and has a great sense of humor.

They don't have everything but the staff has always been very professional and polite to not just me but all of their customers. I go there just for their friendliness and being so well mannered

My wife used her debit card at this store today around 11am. The cashier also used her card with out our permision and recieved cash back around $50.00. We will not be returning to this store and I dont recomend it to anyone else.

This family dollar was AWEFUL. COMPLETELY MESSY THE GIRLS WORKING WERE RUDE ETC. HORRIBLE STORE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK. IT SHOULD BE SPOTLESS- I MEAN KNOWBODIES BEEN SHOPPING

My experience is always terrible when I visit this family dollar and I hope they got rid of those to rude female managers attitudes really stink need to hire more customer service focused professional who want to and have the attitude to deal with people bottom line really they get no stars appreciate your job people

I like this particular family dollar because they did not remind you that your being watched like they do at the stores in the city i don't appreciate being treated as a thief when I'm spending my money i would rather they put security guards in the stores than an intercom telling you your being watched.
