We arrived late afternoon just before dinner.We were happy to find a Pizza Hut that actually has dine in available. They seem to be rare these days. We were the only ones there at the time of our order. The service was a bit slow, but polite. The menus do not have any prices for anything. The large 2 topping pizza we ordered cost just shy of $30. This place still has potential.

We Were Excited To Try Our Favorite Pizza Hut After A Few Years & After The Remodel Witch Was Amazing!The Lunch Buffet Was Not Open & We Were Told They Only Have The Lunch Buffet is Now Only On Wednesday And Friday! But They Did Have The Salad Bar Open And I Was Excited About That So We Ordered A Pizza And I Opted To Get The Salad Bar Even Though It Was Now Priced at $8.99.Once I Went Up To The Salad Bar, The Lettuce Was Horrible, It Was Slimy And Had A Red Tent To It! So I Ended Up With Green Peppers, Sliced Onions, & Croutons, as Everything Else Was Too Disgusting To Eat! When I Asked The Server About It, I Was Told "It Would Take A Long Time To Fix it"... I Felt Like She Was New, But She Was Great On Everything.. Our Pizza Just Didn't Taste Right!!

Absolutely horrible I used to work a year ago and it's definitely changed it's gross now there was mold in my drink and my husbands I was pregnant wasn't happy at all I ordered a super supreme thin crust the crust was so unappealing and didn't come with mushrooms at all the bread sticks were cold and so was the sauce that was never a thing when I worked there never we made everything fresh and hot I don't recommend and will never return save your 50$ and just go somewhere else that place is not worth it anymore

The past few times I have gone here, the workers are very slow and unable to keep up with the kitchen, phones, buffet, and dining area. The last time I dined in, we never got refills on our drinks. When our waitress finally asked to get us refills, we were packing up our food and getting ready to leave. This last time, I ordered the Big Dinner Box for takeout. When I got there to pick it up, the girl dropped the wings all over the floor. She said she would remake them, which is fine. It was just a mistake. But then, she said she couldn’t get the fryer working so she said she couldn’t even make new wings. Then she charged me for the whole Big Dinner Box, even though I didn’t even get the wings with it. There’s never a manager or owner around, so I had no idea who to even discuss this issue with. And I didn’t understand why she still charged me for the wings, when I didn’t get them.

They have an active roof leak and ceiling falling down in kitchen. The roof leak is right above the fryer and doesn't seem like they are going to fix it any time soon.

It's a hit or miss... my carry out orders are always perfect. Dining in can be a mess if they're busy... we waiting 20 minutes just to get our drinks the last time...

Our waitress was very pleasant fast and got every order absolutely correct. We confuse her a little bit. Our fault totally I hope our tip he left covers for us confusing her lol and folks if you see that the restaurant is plum full, and there is only one waitress and you do not give a tip shame on you.

The Havana Pizza Hut has recently gone through a major remodel inside and out and has a great new contemporary look! It is clean and the staff are always quick and friendly. It is an icon in Havana and a great place for the Pizza Hut food that everyone knows and loves! Lunch buffet is the best!

A group of us 15-20 people showed up at havana pizza hut after tournaments in manito at approximately 9:30. They told us their server was gonna be leaving in about 15 minutes when they don't close til 11:00. But they said we could order the food to go. So we did cuz the girls were hungry. And we ate the food in the parking lot. I thought it was rude and was not impressed at all.

They forgot to make medium pizzas the night before i went ahead and ordered and paid online not knowing a pizza place wouldnt have pizza. I also ordered cheesesticks with points i redeemed. They called and said they had no pizza and said everything would be returned to my card / account. Well it wasnt and when i asked them about it they started getting very angry and rude that i would dare call.

We Commute between Havanna and Chicago, and we eat here occasionally when we want something fast after a three hour drive. For some reason the pizza here is better than both Pizza Huts near us in Chicago! But the service is always great, we do not find it to be slow at all; especially compared to what we’re used to in The city. Everybody here is really nice, we typically talk to Heidi and she is really helpful and friendly. Today we made the mistake of ordering in Havana instead of Chicago and she was really quick to act and void our order. We are so grateful! We look forward to having Pizza Hut again next time we need a fast meal in Havanna.

Food was slow we ended up leaving due to watching our pizza be made with no gloves and seeing cross contamination as well all our drinks were without syrup and sent back 2 times just to be bad as well as was told they have no breadsticks. What pizza hut has no bread sticks I ended up paying 20 bucks for 4 drinks and nvr ate or drank any food will not be returning sadly!

Service at the Havana, IL location is excellent! Staff is friendly, attentive to my order and getting it RIGHT! I was especially pleased with the 'garlic cheese' option they suggested. Oh my, what a flavor!Vegetarian options: They have a nice veg selection. Disappointed they don't offer spinach. They garlic cheese is quite the tasty topper! Love the onions!

A lot of Pizza Hut's have faced downfall, but it is almost like this one is frozen in time, their pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious, and I never regret going here.

I went here for lunch with my family and we all had the buffet. It was fairly busy and there was not a large selection on the left. So waiting on our waitress who was more interested in telling customers about her financial problems, finally came over we asked if they would be adding to it. Her response was I don’t know. She never came back and let us know anything I couldn’t believe they didn’t rotate a buffet. Then as we were cashing out our waitress actually asked if we wanted our change! Which was like $30! Seriously for buffet and you didn’t even check on the question we asked about! I was very offended I always tip my server but a 30 dollar tip when you did go out of your way to serve us?

Let me say this, I love pizza hut it is definitely one of my favorite pizzas but when you order a large pan crust single topping pizza with breadsticks and 3 drinks and it cost $50 with a tip. It is no wonder pizza huts are closing down everywhere and it is a shame bc I really do like pizza hut and would love to get it more often, but when I can get steak dinners for less il get steak

I visited this Pizza Hut with friends after church. Our waitress was FANTASTIC! She was anticipating our needs before we asked. I took one star off because the the pizza buffet was a little light in choices but what was there was typical Pizza Hut pizza. Despite the limited buffet options when we arrived, I can recommend this Pizza Hut location.

Grease was soaked thru to bottom of hand tossed crust immediately when brought out! I said something to waitress but went over head so I took napkins and mopped up Grease from top and bottom but only ended up eating a few pieces of my toppings only... now I have been sick all night!

One I think they have raised prices way too much. And two when you have breadsticks and ask for an extra thing of mozzarella sticks and you're dining in you should not be charged for it that's ridiculous. It could be a while before I go back.

15 minutes produced a warm pizza of our choice, 3 cool beverages and a quick supper (30 minutes) and back on the road. Waitress & Hut atmosphere very hospitable. Will definitely repeat business.
