My friends and I went to Havana to stay the weekend for the Spoon River Drive. We got to McDonald's 5 minutes late for breakfast. I went for an oatmeal but ended up getting chicken McNuggets and fries instead. I personally think serving oatmeal and yogurt all day would be a plus ➕️ The young man at the register taking the orders was named Jason. He did a really good job and then was attentive in cleaning the soda area, which was sticky from the soda spilling on the counter and the floor. A+ for him, a C for his managers.

Stood waiting to have our order taken for easily 10 minutes while the younger people were talking. The girl working the window said people were at the counter, but nobody came until an older lady already past her shift stopped and took our order. Then they were cussing and gossiping about people in the parking lot and the drive thru. They forgot our kids drinks, and acted inconvenienced when I went to the counter to get them. This place has really gone downhill in the last couple of years.

Don't try this Restaurant in this small town of Havana Illinois. The manger took our order, no smile no welcome nothing, then I watched her drop old fries back into the fryer to heat them. Got our order and asked for ketchup, I was handed 2 packets for 2 med fries asked for more and if looks could kill I would have been dead. My bigmac wasn't bad, nuggets were ok, fries cold, our McChickens was like eating rubber. I knew saying anything to manger would do no good with her attitude from the start. I do not recommend this McDonald's, go the few extra blocks up the road to Hardee's.

I personally don't care much for McDonald's but when I eat it I usually go here because they're pretty quick and pay attention when you order and they're nice to my kids. They can get kind of busy but it's not a big deal to me since I'm not usually in a rush and they're foods usually pretty fresh since they're usually busy so it's worth it to wait. I like the big Mac but I also like their mcdoubles because they're fresh and it's usually quick to come out when you order and you may have to wait for fries at times here too but to me that's a good thing because you know they're fresh and hot. I would recommend going here if you want your food to be fresh and their store and bathrooms are clean too and don't stink like some fast food places.Parking: Parking is always good I've never had any issues with finding a spot or getting out of a spot even when they're really busyKid-friendliness: They're always nice to kids and they don't ignore them if your kid talks to themWheelchair accessibility: If you have a walker wheelchair stroller etc it's easy to get in they have a ramp and they're doors aren't hard to open

Many of the booths were removed. This robot is trying to replace workers. There is bar seating where there used to be booths. There are seats for about 40 people so if you see more than 10 people parked in the lot expect your order to be a to go.

This was a really great store. I ordered in the parking lot and walked in and it was waiting for me. Hot, fresh, and affordable too. I recommend the app to anyone that hasn’t tried it out. The restrooms were immaculate and dining room was strikingly clean.

5 out of the last 5 times my order has been wrong... no sauce no sauce no sauce... missing food... the app double charged me just for them to say I had to pay cash... so triple paid for one time... ridiculous...

Very disappointed in the service provided. Managers cursing at crew members, manager giving attitude when asked for extra sauce. And asked for medium fry's and was charged for large, then was given attitude when brought to managers attention.Havana McDonald’s has seen better days.

Who in there right mind paints a Safety Pole Grey to match the paint scheme of the building. A safety Pole is suppose to be Yellow so know one hits it or hits the building.

Edit: manager came out and offered a full refund, which was very much appreciated. Thank you for making things right.This is one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Been waiting more than 20 mins for them to cook a fresh egg after receiving the wrong order. Ridiculous.... was just stopping by for breakfest will not be doing that again.

Specifically told the gal in the drive through we wanted no cheese on the fish sandwich. A note on the box said no cheese but guess what.....it had cheese but no tartar sauce. Had to pull back in and park and take it inside to get the right item. Fries were cold too. Not my best experience there
