I'll never understand the thought process of fast food workers today! I was 1 of 2 customers around 325 today. I was served luke warm fries and a monster burger that was cold and dried out!!! Why would you serve cold food instead of fresh food to the only customers you have? Perhaps this is why your parking lot is often empty! If this us the service with only 2 customers I hate to see the place with anymore then that!!! Highly recommend going to any other place in town! 04/16/2024 PS she put a page of expired coupons in my bag!!!

We eat here quite frequently. Normally the food is decent and the people are nice however this time, our food was cold. Not happy about that. It wasn't even that busy. I know they were training people but please do better. Please don't sacrifice quality for quantity. Food shouldn't be served cold it can make people sick. Not good for your business.

Food is normally okay, people are nice, but they take forever.... not sure if they're understaffed still or what but it's easily a 10 minute wait even if you're the only person there.... edit because it's been happening all to much.... look at the photos.. this is literally the breakfast sandwich I received today, just wow... for the price this is ridiculous

They are ALWAYS sooo nice and accommodating for my family not to mention how amazing the staff is for my girl scout troop 6164!!!! Love these friendly faces and thankful for themKid-friendliness: The staff is so absolutely wonderful with my Girl Scout Troop, very accommodating and friendly, sweetest staff Hardee's has, anywhere!!!

On 9/08/23 I visited the Hardees drive through at 3:45pm. I asked for the special and the lady informed me it wasn't available yet. But then she offered another item just as good. I said okay let me have that and a drink. She offered to make it a meal and still be cheaper. I was cranky and honestly not a happy camper (work related) but I said yes. I get through the drive through and this lady made laugh and smile and really was a pleasure to deal with! The food was great, the service excellent and the lady at the window REALLY works magic! Thanks!!!

The lady at the register obviously didn't want to be there. Waited forever for a mediocre burger and COLD greasy fries that had been re-dipped in the hot oil to make you think they were fresh. I heard one couple say they had waited 45 minutes. The staff was focusing on drive-thru and not in restaurant patrons. When traveling, I don't typically stop at fast food restaurants, but the parking lot was full, usually a good indication of good food. Boy, was I wrong! The food was way overpriced for the quality.

I come through Havana often, and have eaten at this place for the past 9(ish) years. Some Hardee's have disappointed me in the past, but this one never has. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The employees always go out of their way to be polite and kind. I don't care what anyone tells me, but this establishment alone makes Hardee's my favorite fast food restaurant. (P.S. Sorry for stealing a leaf from the tree in your parking lot when I was 5 😂).

Average Hardee's overall. Mostly friendly staff but a few staff members argued about orders while we were eating lunch. Food was standard but slower than expected. Seemed to be understaffed or inexperienced. Great location and large parking lot but wouldn't be my first choice in Havana.Parking: Plenty of parking along sides of restaurant

Very slow.. no one in drive through or in lobby still took over 10 minutes to get food .Grilled Chicken was not done Still raw inside. Second sandwich was a new prime rib sandwich. Was just a double burger no prime rib on it .

Stopped here while hauling grain to grab sandwich for everyone in the field. After being literally ignored for ten minutes. While one guy just stood there with his back to customers and wouldn’t respond. Someone finally said be with you in a minute and then disappeared into the back. They had me and one other person in lobby and they waited longer than I did, and only three cars in drive thru. Another ten minutes after being told they’d be right with me I just walked out. Went subway and got sandwiches! Worst customer service ever! Who thinks it’s acceptable to just ignore people!

Food was delicious hot and fresh and the employees are so nice. We will definitely go here again.Parking: Parking is easy and there's plenty of spacesKid-friendliness: They are always nice to kidsWheelchair accessibility: If you have a walker, wheelchair, stroller etc it's easy to go inside because they have a ramps at their entrances so there's no worries for those who need to use mobility devices

I know they were busy,but they only have drive through. After waiting 15 minutes ( to take care of the 4 cars ahead of us (so slow)) They had us pull off to the side ,where after 12 more minutes my wife went inside to find they had lost our order. 10 minutes later they came out with our food. I went to eat my roast beef sandwich, it dumped juice down my front leaving a wet spot bigger than my hand. I pulled it away and it continued to dump juice down my pants and leg , but it did taste ok except for the part of the bun that was soaked.

Long wait for order. Cheese burger was just warm and fries were limp and cold. Tacos had little or no lettuce and only a small amount of melted cheese.

Very slow service, drive through was backed up. This was the Havana Illinois Hardee’s. Food was good and they gave us our correct order though
