Just got home and unpacked my groceries to find they didn't give me my milk or my canned soups....over $10 worth of my groceries!!!. UGH....it's a loooong drive back from farm to pick it up too. Not at all pleased and I won't be shopping there again.Update...the store called me and I was able to arrange pickup of the missing groceries on my way back out of town. The food won't be where I needed it to be but at least I have it now. Scored the store better for their customer service follow up.

This place has went down hill. Prairie Farms milk is usually 2 days away from expiration date, deli is usually closing down by 6:30 pm, fried chicken last 2 times has been bloody. Not to mention i have personally seen a deli staff member eating a sandwich in the deli. Is that really sanitary? Meat selection is trash just seen 3 boneless chicken breast wth bbq seasoning 20 dollars, awesome deal. This place is robbing the community and there is nothing that can be done about it. If you can shop in a bigger town i reccomend that. Its sad saying but Walmart does a better job and i cant stand that place. Havana needs a hyvee or something other than this place they call a store.

Nice store and they have a good selection of produce and we found some flavored popcorn that we haven't been able to find anywhere else. Employees were very nice and the store was really clean. Good deals also. I'd recommend going here for groceries and we will be going again too.

I shop County Market as my main store instead of driving 30 miles to shop in Canton!Figure with gas prices, better to shop local here!The store is always clean!! I mean clean clean!!Prices are great due to Max card specials & various sales almost all the time!

Hate the new deal you have to use app to get discounts, can’t get in with my password, had to go to the service desk with help to get in, in order to save money. And after spent 20 minutes getting set up, now can’t get back in, gives me an error. Lady at service desk says there are a lot of older people who don’t have internet or cell phones that can’t even save on their grocery bill now. Absolutely disgraceful!!! Shame on you county market!!! I will work real hard to find a new grocery store to shop at!!!!!

The only reason I gave it two stars is because it's clean and the staff is friendly. Other than that it's way over priced and the meat department is not above selling spoiled meat so you really want to watch out for that.

I LOVE this grocery store. They are always friendly and you usually see the same faces that are willing to help you regardless of how busy they are. The butcher shop is AMAZING and of course the meat is delicious. The men back there always notice you walking up and let you know immediately if it will be a minute, but they always take the time to speak to you. They have amazing sales monthly. As long as I love in the area, I will continue to come here!

Butcher will print stickers for higher priced meats and put them on your food to charge you more. When you bring it up the old crow cashier will huss and fuss and call you a liar. Avoid the old cashiers, younger staff is pleasant. And watch your prices, they also charge you more than the shelf price, as if it wasn't already high enough. WATCH WHAT YOUR BEING CHARGED. This is the only grocery store for over 30 miles and they know it. They know you don't have a choice bit to be ripped off. And most importantly staff is rude, don't bother asking questions to half of them.

I love this place. The people are great. Friends and I drove three donated Penske trucks to Texas for the hurricane Harvey victims and the Country Market people made a ton of donations and even made us a food basket for our trip. They also made these Texas Strong cookies.

Grossly overpriced for a lot of the items due to it being the only grocery store in town. I've been yelled at by a manager for being too close to one of my family members at the beginning of this pandemic. That same manager has also been quite rude to other family members and friends of mine. Niemann Foods also runs a monopoly in town because they own both of the old grocery stores, and refuse to sell to any competitors.However, most of the employees are wonderful, besides that manager. They do run decent weekly deals that make up for the inflated prices on occasion. The fried chicken special they run is also wonderful, and I haven't disliked anything I've gotten from the deli or meat department. Its still hard for me to say shop local because of the unethical business practices, but if you're in a pinch it could always be worse.

Great meat department. Chicken strips they make are best I've ever eaten. On sale they are $1.25 per strip and they are huge! Pot pies, meatballs and twice baked potatoes good too. I live 100 miles from there. But I stop by everything I'm in town.

Th store is always neat and clean but with the holiday season coming there are more stackout displays filling areas . Although i give the store a good rating I find the quality of the meat counter have dropped in the last year or so .

2nd or 3rd rate place ... Seen better service an selection in third world countries ... Cross contamination an old stale products plaque this store ... Been sick many times from the cross contaminated meat ... We had another instance where we bought 260 dollars worth of Meat for an Event that Ruined our fridge with a smell of rotting meat when we looked some of the meat was rotting within 2 days of being in a brand new samsung fridge that works perfectly ... Spoke with Owner of the store he said if it leaves the store he not Liable for sickness or rotting food an he dont care eitherway ... Avoid this Place at ALL costs ...

Clean, well organized shopping Mart. Good prices, helpful staff, great for one stop shop. Check out their meal time options, fried chicken, sandwiches, plus a booth or table for you to relax and enjoy your food. Daily specials add that surprise to your selection. Then you can shop for your groceries with a satisfied feeling.

I am certainly glad the store is here in Havana, but the employee turnover is out of control. Constantly see new faces. Reflects poorly on management and/or owners. Asked at the Deli what the weekly specials were, they had no idea other than fish on Friday! LOL.

Always friendly and prices are pretty good considering this is a small town. We do our bulk grocery shopping at Sams and anytime we need anything else through out the week or two we come here to get the few other items.

I was happy to find such a nice grocery store in the small Illinois town of Havana on a hot July afternoon! The store had excellent produce and friendly helpful employees. I purchased some sliced watermelon and some vanilla ice cream. I am a bicycle tourist from Texas. Highly recommended!

I rate 0!!!! There are no competers able to buy a store in Havana! No other chain!!!!! Their prices are high!!!!!! I have had a big Green Egg for years and l grill alot and l have to go to.Springfield to Turuskis or Humphrey's to buy great cuts off meat!!!!!

Chopped Salads were restocked! Lots of vegetables, less fruit this time of year. Nice selection of apples single & bulk!Deli offered chicken, catfish & walleye w 2 sides. I chose a whole smoked chicken from the rotisserie! The deli offers lunch and supper. It has 2 soups daily in winter!Staff is friendly & offers assistance!

They price gouge becasue they are the only local grocery. Employees are hit or miss, meaning some are nice and others are very rude. They frequently run out of product, especially promotional items or those that are in the weekly ad. Their produce is never very fresh and never much selection.

Better off driving out of town. It’s cheaper to pay for the gas to drive than it is to shop here. If you like a store that doesn’t give the appearance that they care about customers then shop here, but if you want to feel welcomed by the workers you’re better off going elsewhere.
