Great and polite workers, good inventory. Not sure who is in charge of upkeep of the property but the grass is always ridiculous and rarely mowed. Not sure if they actually own the property or just rent, but it's a bad look for being downtown. The front of the building was just redone and is probably the nicest looking building downtown, but out back the grass by the sidewalks is horrendous...

Had to take the stars down from 5 to 3. Charged $15 for the same item for $10 at the local farm store. Knowledgeable folks. Great to have a place in town that offers products and services they do.

Indeed, Ace is the hardware store ... I went to Havana IL looking for an insert for my shower faucet. The young woman who assisted me went out of her way to research what type of replacement I could use, and sent me off with the correct part.Ace remains the best!

I am a complete spaz, and pastor this poor woman probably half a dozen times. I'd ask her to help me find something, we'd find it right away, and she go up on about her shift only to have me come back about 5 minutes later with a sad sack look on my face. She greeted me every time with a smile and I'm glad I chose Ace hardware in Havana when I need stuff for whatever LOL

Nobody would help me look for what i needed. Anytime my client goes in there that is handicapped they all run in different directions and refuse to help him or myself. We are paying customers and have the right to ask for help and not be rejected. Not a good store.

It was an odd experience...sent the wife to pick something up. Gentleman that helping g them started ranting about how he would never send his wife to the hardware and he would never go to the grocery store for her.!? And then proceeded to give them the wrong parts.

The building is honestly too small for the amount of items they have jammed packed in it. With how it is it can make it fairly difficult to find things sometimes
