Customer service is terrible the cashier name Danielle was very disrespectful and rude, she was on her cellphone my entire visit (which was over 30mins) a man walked in that had been assaulted right outside the store asking for her to call the police she refused to and continued to ring up the customer in front of me, I let him use my phone to call the police then it was my turn she rung up my items I paid with card and requested cash back she stated oh no you should have asked me if you can do it I then told her the machine asked if I wanted cash back I did so I hit the amount she then said well we don't do cash back and I told her that there isn't a sign anywhere saying that she said we don't have signs in a nasty attitude and stared me and my children down as if she wanted to attack us 🤣 very tasteless and if the situation was different she would have got her energy matched! Do better dollar tree

This store is terrible every time I go in the store and buy a product I have to check the price they have stuff on the Shelf two for $6 you get up front and it's not the same price I asked the clerk about this every time it happened and every time they they did the same thing and the last time I was there she told the other part we're not fixing any prices so I recommend no one shop at this store because their price gouging

I haven't been in the Dollar tree in a long time but I was very ecstatic to go in there although I did not find all the items that I went to seek however I will be going back very soon

I was greeted with a hello and was also told to have a good day as I finished my transaction & left. These weren't bubbly bubbly hellos or extra friendly friendly good byes. But they were definitely satisfactory enough to make me feel a little bit better about that community store even while suffering from a hornet sting that day. I would say work on the warmth of the hellos and goodbyes but these people are swamped all day long for very little pay so I can definitely understand

I just want to say the service I received just now from Ms. Tina Thomas was Beyond GREAT! I needed some balloons for my sister's surprise party and she PERFECTLY matched the balloons to the events decor. She was patient and so so helpful in my time of need. Pllleeeaaassseee be sure she is recognized because even though I live in Chicago 30 minutes away I will surely visit this location again because of the service I received today.

Horrible,they tried to made my daughter leave her bag at the front of the store they tried to act like it was policy. But I also worked at another dollar tree so I know it wasn't the policy. Then she said because people steal but if anyone wanted to steal that wouldn't stop them cause they could stick it in there pockets if they wanted to but I left out they need new managers too cause the manager that was there also tried to act like it was policy.

Because they make it worth our wild everything is a dollar even the delicious food I love shopping here and some of the work as far of the lady's are cool and help me out Everytime the boys that work there are a trip they act like you bothering them and keeps attitudes but other then that I love this dollar tree store on 159th Woods I dislike I'm moving because I don't have a dollar tree where I'm going to be living if so I don't know is not like this Dollar Tree close to me

The cashier was great!! I came as a family of three and we each got five things, without me telling him anything by the time he was done checking us out he got everything each person wanted in their own bags!!

This place is neat, always fully stock.I have found the staff helpful and when they are not busy they have assisted me in trying to locate items or products. This was very helpful to me because of an injured knee.

Every time I come to this location to shop.. They are always closed before 2pm and they close at 7pm. That seems a bit odd that it closes like this every day are you guys short staff I don't understand why even have this location open if you guys can't even keep the door open for customers to shop.

Make sure you call before you go. Google says they close at one time but the time they adhere to is another story.Happened on multiple occasions
