11/23/22 My first time at United Pet Group was a live load, I was in and out of there in less than 2hrs, it was in the afternoon so I watched the sun go down while they loaded my trailer. The staff was friendly, we had a few laughs exchanging stories. 😂

Rest room inside, vending.. Early morning delivery at Waters of America at 0700 but my appt here showed 1300. With a 18 mile drive I was like ouch. Read the reviews etc.. like always and took my chance. Got in 0800, docked immediately... Awesome people, not rude and if so I'd been fine with that either way.. Thanks yall..Made my day and week run better...

Arrived 730 morning, unloaded in less than an hour. Receiver was super friendly, forklift driver was also. I read reviews and was dreading the load afterwards. Much to my surprise, it was a very pleasant visit. That compelled me to give a review.

Texas driver here, I had an appointment at 11.00 am....checked in at 7.15 am loaded.out at 8.30,am empty...with clean bills, no issues at all...every buddy was very friendly with me,...the security guy, office guy, and warehouse guys......will definitely come back if I have to.....thank you very much U.P.G.

One hour past appointment time to get into door. Three more hours and I’m still not loaded yet. Will come ready for a nap next time. Lots of time between each pallet. Building pallets as the load? Unnecessary waste of my time, and it’s a very tight Amazon load.

My appointment time was at 3pm I arrived at 1 PM its 330am right now as I type this I'm still not loaded they moved me to 2 different docks and haven't put nothing in my trailer I will never get loaded here again I go inside and all the employees are having a good time laughing and talking instead of loading us up it isn't just me its about 10 other drivers here that's been waiting all damn day long as well. This place needs new management its horrible very unprofessional place of business

Had an appointment for Monday at 3:00 pm and arrived on Sunday at 10 am, they unloaded me and loaded me again in around 2 hours. Really nice people working there!!

Very slow to get loaded, 3 hours as I type nowand still not loaded yet, guess will take another hour the way they are loading.Nightmare for regional driver as will run out of hours to get back home

Came in an hour and half before my appointment, didn't give me a dock to get loaded until 15 minutes after appointment time. But took another 4 and half hours to get loaded

Not too friendly over the phone. The number Google gives for this place is for their tech support. You can tell they are not happy to be answering the phones from drivers picking up here asking shipping questions. Rude people

Horrible horrible horrible, I came here today for a 12pm appointment and it’s now 5:15pm and they haven’t even began to load me. Then the people in the office act clueless as to why it’s taking soo long. This is by far the worst place of business I’ve come across

I was running 2 hrs late on my appointment and they still got me in dock right away. Not sure from here how long it will take to load but i don’t care as long they got into dock.
