Never changes... Always feel unwanted and very rushed. NOT ONE Employee spoke to me. Not even when I asked the location of charging cables for a printer. The employee just looked annoyed and pointed in a general direction. Not one word in 1.5 hrs of shopping. Not even from frontend employees. They all just stood staring at their phones or joking with other employees. But I've mentioned all this before when asked about my experience shopping at Walmart, and nothing changes. It's actually worse. Thanks for taking my money and having the "self check out" print thank you on my receipt. I'd be fine stocking the shelves... I'm already the cashier, the bagger and customer service for myself. Beats interacting, or lack there of, with the zombies you have doing it. And I'm not even ranting... This is the description of my shopping experience at Walmart that you asked for.

Worst experience I’ve had in a Walmart in a long time.12/14. 3:30 PM.I’m sick as a dog and just found out I have Covid.Went to get my medicine. Went to the self check out so I could be in and out without spreading too many germs to too many people.There was two people in line waiting for register.There was a young woman, overseeing the self checkouts just standing there, doing nothing.I explained to her that I was sick and asked her if she would please check out one box of medicine so that I could get out of there without spreading too many germs.She plainly told me no I could wait till one of the registers opened up.Not what I see is customer service at all. !!!!So inconsiderate and thoughtless.I will not be returning to this Walmart if I can avoid it by any means I will !!!!

Love curbside pickup! I had a great experience today, I am disabled with back issues, so placing online orders for curbside pick up is a lifesaver! Everything I ordered was exactly right.

Went to get tires when they asked for my phone number I said no. I get enough phone calls. The guy started mumbling something under his breath. The coward did not have the guts to even say what he was thinking. Just mumbles. I’ll never go back to the place again.

It's always the same 1/2 of the shopping is spent hunting for products and trying to find what the website and using in store app says is available or looking to see what was reported out of stock to actually be in stock. Then the checkout hell either do it myself and gets asked for my proof of purchase as I'm leaving (if they don't trust me give me a checkout person, and I'm working to give you my money that is now double price than it was pre Covid & no discount).Geez if it wasn't for the fact the big retailers ran Mom and Pop stores out of business along with inflation I'd never go to the Wall hell. Not to mention 90% of the employees either hate the job or really just suck as a human.

Self Checkout is horrible. Put people back to work at the registers. Wal Mart is the largest in US WalMart can afford to have humans helping humans

I went in there today 01/18/2024 and being in a rush didn’t check the date on this product I got for my daughter and noticed it has expired back in November of 23’ this is the second time that I’ve found expired baby items does nobody go through and check the date on baby medicine and stuff like it’s getting ridiculous

My Mother and I stopped at Walmart Supercenter, today. We bought several toys for my grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. This store has so many toys to choose from. This store is very big and the employees are very nice! I hope to stop by again on my way home so I can walk around and buy some things for my house.

My biggest problem is with the short old man that is the greeter. I think his name is David or something like that. We've been into it 2 or 3 times. He's the only only greeter that I've ever had a problem with. Get rid of him and I would add a couple more stars.

This is one of the few Walmart’s I have been to that still sells long guns. With that said you are going to have to jump through hoops to buy one. The Illinois state rules and the Walmart internal rules make it difficult. There is a 3 day waiting period. They won’t sell to you if your not from an adjoining state. (Michigan does not count even though we have a common state line in Lake Michigan). If your an Illinois resident you have to have a valid FOID card. Illinois is very behind on these so you can show your renewal receipt but you will also have to provide a printed copy that Walmart will keep with your purchase records. (They will not print it for you.) In closing, yes it is possible to purchase a long gun at this location (I have attempted twice now and I have not been able to fulfill all of the requirements). My day job is an appliance engineer dealing with the DOE and the EPA on energy regulations so I am well versed in regulations. Good luck, be patient, plan for several hours and keep your humor.

Went to get one specific item. Was quickly reminded why I stopped shopping there in the 1st place. Card readers weren't working at all. Had no cash, so I left. I'll just continue to go elsewhere.

Prices are comparable or higher than surrounding Walmarts. Shelves are frequently out of stock. Frequently find expired dry goods. Staff are very polite and extremely helpful though, when you can find them.

Because it's the only large department store in our town. And the prices have increased terribly. The food may look fresh, but 1 day after bringing it home it starts turning bad and if not used within a 48 hr. time frame it's totally gone bad and has to be thrown out. And a fact that people that are working on the floor or even standing and watching you check yourself out if you have a question about a product 90% of the time they cannot tell you about the product I don't know enough about it and most of the time they'll tell you that they don't. And even if you ask a second person a question about the same product you get the same answer the shoulder Shrugged saying I'm sorry but I don't know! And that's extremely frustrating to people especially older people who maybe a little out of touch with how some things work or what to do with them. I believe they need to trade all employees about each and every product so they're not just a bunch of dumb people in their stocking stuff on a Shelf and then watching you check your own self out bag your own stuff and even when they see elderly people struggling they just stand there and watch they don't actually offer to help unless you specifically call them out and ask them yourself.

Prices are high for a Walmart I think, I think it’s stupid they won’t sell cigarettes when an ID is expired even though it still proves the age. I also think hiring pretty much kids is another mistake just like every other store, for a newer building the roof leaks a lot. This store could be way better than it is now

Not thrilled with the self-checkout and having to show my receipt every time you go in there. I would rather be checked out by a human being.i don't get paid to check myself out

It's always 1 or 2 cashiers. I don't do self checkout. I feel it takes jobs. They need to fire some of the ones that stand around, and hire cashiers. Then maybe wouldn't have to check everyone at the door lol
