Store is always clean, stocked and organized. Staff is knowledgable and helpful and they always seem eager to help. I always check TS they have great sales. Surprisingly wide variety of pet supplies and at reasonable cost. They have a rewards program.

😡drove 45 mi. pulling a trailer to buy a lawn mower the website said they had, guess what, no mower in stock bought one at rural king, you lost that $1200.00 sale tractor supply

Much better place to buy animal feed than rural king. Nicer staff too and the staff actually know what you're talking about whenever looking for an item. The prices are good too

Placed an order for a couple kayaks online. Got an email stating my order had been cancelled so I called and spoke to Gabriel. Due to how the system works I had to replace the order. Gabriel really stepped up and took care of the customer. I had my father in law pick them up and again, Gabriel was right there to assist and take care of the customer. We are beyond stoked that it was technically a flawless order and pickup and super appreciative for the help in taking care of us. Thank you again! The kayaks were the perfect addition to our lake get away

Horrible customer service. Had a big day planned to haul off debris. Rental trailer was in the parking lot available, I ask to rent it she refuses to rent it to me because she doesn’t know how to rent it out. The whole time the manager standing right beside her could’ve showed her how or told me to wait just a moment. Neither felt like dealing with the trailer. Now I have to fall a day behind on my work because I have to drive to another town to get another trailer.

The store is cramped, smells funny and the cashier asked for my phone number when processing a return. When I refused, he stated the return could not be processed without it, feeling forced I gave him my number, but felt like it had nothing to do with getting my money back at all. I will most likely not be returning to this store.

TSC has your needs at hand. I have had zero issues anytime I've shopped. I've called ahead and had what I needed there at desk waiting. The employees are knowledgeable and very polite. Greet you with a smile and check up on you to see if they can help. I've ordered parts and receive them when they say. Won't shop anyone else.

Friendly, and stocked but no one available in the isles for help. Employees need to be in uniform for easy identification. Pricing way too high on branded items, no aftermarket offerings with comparable quality. Tax rate in this state is way too high.

I've never seen a company tell people not once not twice but 3 times that they cant help us because 1st time we close in 15 min as we walked in the door to get one pipe for our sink... 2nd time that they cant order what we need to fix our mower that we bought from there because it's the guys last day and he didn't wanna mess with it.. then a 3rd time because his shift ends in 5 min so he cant order the part we need either to just come in AGAIN tomorrow when we also work full time jobs. Customer service needs to be taught to the employees. After spending thousands of dollars on a mower and other things you would think they would appreciate having a job a little more than they act.

Bad ! Bad! Bad! I purchased a 1600.00 riding lawn mower, cub cadet, only used it three times and started having troubles with it, I brought it back to the store and complained stating i wanted it fixed or replaced I had to take it elsewhere, (was a 101 mile round trip) they called the police on me because i was complaining(which i was leaving anyways, the police officers were very nice) I will never go to this store again, I bought it there, they should have dealt with it there, I hope they go out of business, no wonder the workers only make 9 dollars an hour, they are only worth 6 if you ask me.

Best place for farming supplies in Southern Illinois . Good feed and fencing selection with bulk options. Prices are reasonable. Great selection of animal medication. Staff is friendly. Clean facility.
