To start off I was 1 of the cars in the lot ordering. I ordered 2 medium shakes. It took them 14 mins to make my 2 shakes... Should of just went to Dairy Queen. Takes them 1 min to make 2 medium shakes. Two of the carhops where just outside talking to the car a few stalls down from me giggling and carrying on most the time I was there. After they went in I got my shakes 3 mins after. Not sure if that was a coincidence or I was waiting on them to finish talking with there friends to go in and make my shakes or what. Don't recommend going there with the staff they have on night shift.

I went during a time where there were about 5 vehicles here today. I ordered a plain chicken slider, a large fry, large tot and a grilled cheese. I waited OVER 15 minutes, and got cold, soggy fries, cold tots, a cold chicken sandwich and a cold, dry grilled cheese. My tots and fries were half full. I was sorely disappointed. Not to mention, cold chicken poses a risk of food-borne illness. I will not give any more business to this Sonic. It’s not the first time it’s happened to me here.

Fries so old you could barely chew them. Got literally every part of our order wrong. It was three meals. 2 chicken tender dinners they didn't put toast in one. One was supposed to be with tots and one with fries. Gave us fries on both. Then didn't even give us the fries we ordered with the third meal. Literally the only thing that wasn't messed up was the drinks... Then refused to answer their phone when I tried to call to say I was coming back. Needless to say I'll check them off the list for dinner.

Full cup of ice in my Dr Pepper tonight when it obviously states no ice. Also about 90% of the time there is soda all down the side of the cup then they never have napkins on them and have to go back inside to retrieve them just so you can wipe off the cup yourself to place it in your car.

Saw online they were open until midnight;Went here last night pull up to the order thing at 11:30 pm; I push the button to order and the girl says that there is a 30-45 min wait for food; I say no thanks I’ll just somewhere else go to Taco Bell and pass by here again at 11:40 pm; and they’re closed? Make it make sense?

Menu is way higher than the average car window, so ordering can be difficult. Then you have to press a button to order. My wife had to get out of the car to be able to read the menu and push the button. We ordered the combo #1. The food was delivered to our car in under 10 minutes, but checking the cheeseburgers we ordered, we found them to be room temperature rather than hot as you would expect. French fries were just okay, but had a lot of short, brown-tipped pieces. The soda included with the meal was root beer and delicious.

Placement of menu screen makes it difficult to read from a car. Nextdoor stall screen was easier to see and read, however did not have full menu displayed. Being Out of bacon and not posting a notice is not acceptable. At least they posted notice about restrooms.

the drinks and food are usually pretty decent here, it’s just the wait is getting a little bit ridiculous. i waited over 20 minutes for 2 waters with lemon and it took longer than that for them to even answer. i went to 2 separate stalls and still had to wait a long time. i’m not trying to be inconsiderate because i also work in the food service industry, but it’s a little out of control.

Pretty good place, only bad part of the experience was I had 9 total cherry stems in my drink and only got 2 actual cherries which you would think they check to make sure you're not just getting the stems, I've had it happen before a couple times but it was only 1-2 cherry stems but this time there was 7 cherry stems with no cherries. Still giving 5 stars though cause everything else was perfect

My order taker and car hop are always really nice and happy to help! I always try to tip if I can because they definitely deserve it. I have especially noticed the politeness of the younger employees during night shift. Sometimes they forget my sauces, but mistakes happen and I should remember to check my bag no matter where I go because we are only human and sometimes, we accidentally forget things. Overall, great experiences!

I'm pretty forgiving for places taking some time when filling an order during rush hour but 25 minutes is beyond the pale.I ordered a shake, a drink, and a simple cheeseburger.It was only after 25 minutes and me hitting the button again to check that the stuff came out. The three stars is purely because they just refunded the order entirely and apologized.Someone get some more staff and better pay for these overworked folks.

I recently have an amazing review of this business. But lately... There has been a pretty significant change in my opinion. Food is still delicious and drinks made perfectly. We especially love Carly who is so good at her job.❤️That being said..... I like to go there in the morning when I pick up someone from work at 6 am and that is when they are scheduled to open 6 days a week. But at least 4 days out of the week consistently... The manager will be extremely late getting there (6:30 or later), which means no food can be made and they can't fully open. I can say most days they are never open at 6am. I understand that things happen, but it happening so often definitely doesn't need to be continuing. I know that as much as a frustration as it is for us, this can't be an easy situation for the other employees, nor can it be good on profit for the business.

Had a great experience at this location. It was clean and staff were kind. Would definitely return to this location. We made two orders that came out quick, hot, and fresh. The carhops were kind. We always tip if possible. We ordered corn dogs and others goodies. Everything was amazing. Thank you to the kind staff at this location ❤️🙏

Harrisburg IL locationApprox. 445-5pmNot very busy at the time.Went to order dinner. As I was reading off my order,which was 3 large combo meals. I made sure to read back items and sizes again after each one. The young man who was taking the order was rude and very short when speaking. Rushing me to get my order in. Then,when the order got to my vehicle. I was only given two drinks instead of three. And they were mediums and not largest as requested. The fries and tator tots were mediums as well, and instead of large. They were COLD. And,one of the garlic butter bacon burgers that I ordered was supposed to have grilled onions. And,it was given to me with chopped fresh onions on it. I was thoroughly disappointed in the service.I paid over $30 for food that was cold and wrong. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

The breakfast burritos were fantastic. Our screen was non functional, as were the next 2 credit card machines the employee tried.Great service... tech needs work.

My order has only been wrong maybe twice in my life here. I always see effort in getting the food out as quick and reliable as possible and their food in my opinion always comes out top notch. 5 stars!
