10 Stars. The entire staff is awesome. They took a 7 year old doodle found as a stray who never had a hair cut. Let alone been to a spa. Made him look like a Million dollars. Took all the time needed to to a proper job. I can't say enough good things. If you have a bad experience here, you probably need to check yourself. Thanks Lexus and all the staff.

As soon as Maxx sees where he is, he pulls on his leash to get in the door! He always looks and smells so good. I highly recommend Pampered Paws!

I moved to Harrisburg about 1 1/2 years ago coming from a suburb just West of Chicago. Have a TeddyBear male, about 6 years old who I spoil but he's a good dog. Found Pampered Paws and from the first visit I knew we would be good together ! They care about your animals, treat them as if they were their very own ! Their work is great, you ask them to do something or not to do something and they make sure you are satisfied as well ! They are also very accommodating with the time, they don't rush and if your in a hurry try their very best to help whenever possible ! I went to s few groomers when I was in the Chicago area, but I'll tell you this, Down home living in a place like this, you find parts of life many other city dwellers seem to forget when high prices, rushing around and volume takes presidents over quality and just being polite ! I'm very happy to have found Suzanne and Rebecca and the others that make Pampered Paws what it is today ! Thank you all for being a great business in Harrisburg IL. Bill

We've been going here for 11 years and have always been pleased with the services provided.Always easy to get an appointment and no issues when we have had to reschedule.I would definitely recommend Pampered paws to anyone looking for a groomer at an affordable price.

My dogs love going to Pampered Paws. Rebecca has been so patient with my Yorkie's and they can be trying. Linda does a great job grooming my Boxer and my Frenchie. I would highly recommend this shop and the ladies mentioned.Shirley Qu

Poor attitude of employees. I have been doing business with pampered paws for over two years since returning from Florida.I don’t appreciate there negative approach of my recent visit. I have a small shiztuz that is very well behaved. All they do is criticize his appearance. He is groomed every 5 weeks. If there is a problem it is theres. Maybe Rebecca needs to see what her business has become. I will not do business with this grooming facility ever again.

1st trip EVER to a dog groomer. Lucy's 1st trip too and she is a real nervous Nellie. They did a fantastic job and she seemed absolutely uplifted after the job was done. Strutted around playing the rest of the day. I swear it made her feel better.
