I’ve never felt so judged in my life going through the drive through. I asked for a Covid test and as soon as I said that the pharmacist immediately closed the window and started yelling at me through the window. My lord it’s a test not the black plague. If you can’t be more professional than that then go get another job.

I waited and hour after the dr appointment and said be another 30 min so I said I'll come tomorrow. Get there and there closed!!! Seriously between cvs and walgreens idk which is the worst. I have 6 meds for 3 illnesses that need immediate attention like last night and can't get them. 😒

First time had wrong drs name on script label and my address wrong, then I pulled up to drive thru 2 minutes before closing. And they said their machine won't let them sale scripts at closing time.Very frustrating. Thanks... I have to drive back from El dorado tomorrow it's only 11i miles one way...

This is awful! My mother needs her medicine and they've been closed for 2 days, (Pharmacy only). Her prescription is ready, but she can't pick it up because there's no pharmacist there to give it to her. I'm very sorry you are closed because of a death, but people need their medicine! They told her another pharmacist is coming from another store, "Sometime today" and she can get it then. I hate to see what a insulin dependent patient, or a patient with a heart condition is going through right now.

If you're getting a prescription ....expect not to get it that day even if your doctor calls first thing in the morning you won't get it until the next day sometime more likely in the afternoon.... So if you're needing something filled immediately this is not the place you need to go

I must say I like shopping at cvs. The store is laid out great very spacious shopping aisles. Not only do they have medicine that you can call in or order online and pick up you can also at your convenience have pictures printed photo books etc. And they have unique gifts items as well. And I didn't mention they also have a wide variety of women's products makeup, nail polishes etc. Also household items that are very unique I've always had a great experience in the store it's clean the staff is friendly as well and helpful

In case employees are wondering about the handful of items in their counter this evening, I left them there after I got tired of waiting to be checked out. I had been in the store for more than 10 minutes shopping, the clerk knew I wasin the store. When I got ready to check out, no one was around. I rang the buzzer, waited, no response. Repeat.... twice... Finally decided to just go somewhere else and I will not return to this store location.

CVS really needs to actually step up their game. My husband was in a mining accident, was prescribed a narcotic that was due to be picked up yesterday, but guess what they didn’t have enough on hand to fill his script, even though when he was at the dr office and the script was sent on Tuesday of this week. I spoke directly with the pharmacist after the tech rolled his eyes at me and asked how can this happen? Her answer no one ordered any, and it would be Monday before they could. That is UNACCEPTABLE CVS to leave someone who is in pain to detox over another of your Mistakes. I have been a CVS customer for over 30 years. Going forward, I’ll be across the street at Walgreens enough us enough!

Thank you to the pharmacy for getting my prescriptions ready in 20 minutes as I live out of town and had to get back to work! Had a great experience and will return again and again!!

I have never been in a CVS that had that many friendly helpful employees in all my life the assistant manager, Jerry, was awesome, the pharmacy staff were so polite and patient and helpful, thumbs up all around you guys are great

Sadly CVS don't hire enough Pharmacists to answer their phone. How cheep and everything is way over priced. Just a big rip-off at the most.They don't even have the Covid shots available as they falsely advertise.
