I usually like going to this Wallgreens until today, when a worker came up to me telling me that I am stealing based on what she'd seen on their camera. She took my paper bag that i used to hold all the stuff I was going to buy...and told me to leave. I told her how can she accused me of stealing when I'm still in the building. She can only tell I'm stealing if I walked out of the building passed the cashier and I told that I can sue her. She insist on telling me that's how people steal, by putting stuff in bag. Maybe that's how she steals.

The pharmacy is awful!!! Always having issues with their "system" can't process stuff when you have insurance. Make you pay out of pocket. And if you have double insurance there is an issue as well. What's the point of having insurance if you have to pay full prices. SCAM! never again I will use Walgreens for the medication.

This location was the only place that had my medication in stock. When I went to pick it up Zakai was the employee who helped me. The BEST customer service. So nice and helpful!

Made an appointment for a PCR test. They didn’t let me know they don’t have them until after the swab. Charged $20 and my confirmation email says it would give me PCR results. Waste of time and energy when I’m sick.

I usually only write good reviews but my experience at this Walgreens was truly a shame. I signed up for Covid and flu tests because I had a sore throat and the chills. I chose the $19.99 Covid and flu option. My confirmation email stated the same information I expected, but when I got to my appointment, it was over $120. But even worse, when I went in to get the result 5 hours later because I hadn’t received them in the 2 hours promised, they only gave me the covid results. When I pointed out that my email confirmation stated Covid and flu, she said that it was $120 each test, and then used a pen to scratch out “flu” on my test results. !!! How unbelievably shady is that? I’ve been using Walgreens pharmacy for 15 years, but it’s apparently time for me to find another pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy….they never have any prescriptions ready in a timely manner , the staff is rude, and the male pharmacist is leading by example. He gives incorrect information and rushes through any questions you may have. I have been told by pharmacy staff they weren’t trained well for Covid vaccines and still received mine there but how unprofessional. The store staff are great.

I don’t believe there could possibly be a worse pharmacy than this one. Each Pharmacist and Tech is more rude and ignorant than the last. EVERY time I’ve used this pharmacy, there is constantly a problem. The last thing you need when you’re ill is to have an ignorant condescending tech more or less tell you that you’re not important. Absolutely NO compassion for anything. I hope they all die of cancer!

I found out about this store just off of a whim driving in the area and had a prescription to fill. This pharmacy is great. Every visit has been pretty good with no issues for about a year and I was surprised to see the other reviews about it (mistaken from another location on same road?). Anyone who complains about pharmacies, I tell them to try this one. I have coworkers/friends drive 10-15 minutes out of their way because they feel this pharmacy is clean and efficient. The two pharmacists I have met and all the techs are very knowledgable. I love the fact that the pharmacy manager truly cares and thrives to answer all my questions, or makes safer and cheaper recommendations than the expensive multi-symptom medicines. She is awesome (and I thank you for making me feel better). Thinking about it, the whole staff seems to enjoy working there. Sometimes the pharmacy is busy, but it is the same reason any good restaurant is busy, quality service. :-) All in all, I never had to wait an unreasonably long time compared to other pharmacies that I have tried and as I said, I like the fact they actually focus on helping their customers, so I don't mind driving the extra mile or so to come here.

The pharmacy doctor was nice. I orginal had a booster shot appointment at a different location and the lady there was rude and told me I was uneligible to get my shot since it has not been 6 month( I got my 2nd vaccine beginning of May and it's now Nov) and then change to 7 month. so when I try to reschedule it gave be that same day but at a different location and when I talk to the doctor he told me I was in deed eligible and can take my shot that day.

Pharmacy is a joke. Just a long line of people waiting for their meds and one by one being told the exact same thing "your prescription is ready but the pharmacist won't be back for another 40 minutes to sign off on it, so you have to wait". Thanks Walgreens, none of us have lives, we'll gladly sit around and wait for apparently one and only pharmacist. At least I was offered the option of coming back later tonight in case I didn't want to wait in the store. How thoughtful!

Why does it take 2.5 hrs. To fill a prescription? All the pharmacy are horrible in this area. 5500 Countyfarm rd. Used to be the best one around. They got rid of all the good assistants and they are horrible.

I was delivered wonderful customer service. The pharmacy staff were super friendly and helpful. I’ll be there for all of my future prescriptions!! The pharmacist there is phenomenal as well. 1000/10 recommend!! I don’t understand the hateful reviews, I had a great experience.

The absolute worst run pharmacy I have ever used. They have messed up my prescription repeatedly time and time again. I go there because its close but will no longer do so after messed up my critical medication and then laughed without apology after I spent days without it and finally figured out through insurance company that it was THEIR fault.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I will never go there again. First off, whenever I go there, there ae usually 2-3 people ahead of me. All of which have some sort of issue. The pharmacists never know the answers. I have literally waited over a half hour in line before. While one of them just stood watching. Second, whenever I would go to pick up medication there was always an issue....it wasn't in stock, it wasn't ready (even though I received a text saying it was). One time I went and they said my script wasn't in stock. I told them I had received a text saying it was ready. They said they didn't have it. I told them I needed it and the girl was liek well we have it, we just haven't unpacked the shipment yet. She then said she could have it ready the next day. When I told her I was going out of town that same day she said well I could have it ready in 2 hours. I was on my way to the airport so that didn't work. I asked why I wasn't notified in the first place about this and she said we don't have your phone number on file. How else would I have gotten a text saying it was ready!??? Never again! Target is so much quicker and professional.

I've never been to a pharmacy where the people were so rude and inefficient. I called to confirm if they had contacted my doctor, but they had only faxed him without even bothering to offer any further help. They said they had already sent him a message, and wouldn't bother to give him a call. The women I had spoken with over the phone was very condescending and said, "Well in order for us to keep our jobs, we would need a prescription" even though I said nothing about refilling it without my doctor's approval. I'm never going here again.

I came into Walgreen's with a little knowledge of my phone and photos. Dan was amazing. He walked me through every step and while I was worked on my photos, he worked on getting photos off my phone. I call the pharmacy to ask why they switched my prescription without telling me. I was on hold for 12 minutes and put back on hold 3 times because I could hear the background noise. They did not want to take my call for a simple question.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a Walgreens. They took 6 hours to fill a prescription with a voicemail from my Doctors office sitting on their answering machine for 2 1/2 hours.When going thorough the drive thru they were more worried about me pulling ahead to let other cars through instead of filling my prescription. By the way, there were no other customers waiting in line.My question to the manager wasSo you're more worried about the customers who aren't there instead of the one sitting in front of you that had brought you a script 6 hours ago?There was no response.Do yourself a favor go to another Walgreens or CVS this place has no customer service!!!

People just like to.complain. Pharmacists and techs need to make sure your medications are filled correctly for you and your loved one’s safety. They have multiple.meds to fill from different offices; they have to answer phone calls, administer immunizations among other things. . They are there servicing a multitude of people, and it's not just your prescription.

The employees are always willing to help. Dan in photo is so patient with everyone! There were 3 of us needing help at one time, (right before Christmas) and he handled the situation so well! He "bounced" back and forth between us and everyone was able to accomplish what we had set out to do!Also, Rick is always pleasant and ready to assist with whatever you may need.

DO NOT BY FROM THIS PHARMACYVery very poor experience. I showed up as they opened and was surprised to see the pharmacist walking in late. After he tried to get me not to wait for my prescription (30min quoted) he proceeded to then tell me he could not fill my prescription because I still had 2 days before I was supposed to be out. I asked him if he was sure he wanted to claim that this was Wallgreens policy and I left. THIS WAS OBVIOSLY A LIE!After going down to the Wallgreens a mile a way, having my prescription filled in less time than the bad pharmacist had quoted me, I called corporate. Was not surprised to find that the manager for that location was on vacation this week so I will never be sure if this liar will get a talking to. DO NOT BY FROM THIS PHARMACY

It is okay but I got Zuru x shot water balloons and they wouldn't even fill up! They don't even have good service I had to wait 15 minutes to buy something! The pharmacist also was very snappy and cranky.

The middle eastern pharmacist is one of the biggest jerks around. I have told him off many times because of his rudeness. Other than that, it's ok. One of the more expensive Walgreens in the area. I wouldn't recommend buying anything medical from there as you will find it less than half price at other places like target. We paid $65 for a forehead thermometer in an emergency situation for my little boy. Found the exact same thermometer two days later at Target for $25.

To the person who made the "The middle eastern pharmacist" comment. He is not a middle eastern pharmacist. He is a pharmacist of an "Indian" origin. And I'm not favoring him because I am an Indian myself. I am in-fact a Pakistani. And you did not specify how you justified him to be a jerk? did he just seem rude or misbehaved in certain way? as far as I know his facial expression may not appear as friendly but I've never had a negative experience per the services provided by him and he has always been helpful. And I live within a mile of this pharmacy and am a frequent visitor so I think I can speak well for it.
