I lost my receipt for my gazebo, the product came with a damaged leg. I do not want to return it I just want to exchange it or for them to replace the damaged leg but manager says it's to expensive of a product to just replace with out e receipt. I've bought and returned more expensive stuff there and never had a problem. This time I don't even want to return it I just want the leg replaced. Ridiculous

1st and LAST I'll shop in Menard's; no staff understood or spoke English. It took 10 minutes to FIND registers bc staff couldn't direct u. Checkout is a joke! Cashier can't wait on next customer until u step away from bagging at end of register. Prices are ridiculously high. Don't know HOW they do business! Will never return.

Long time shopper bought kitchen cabinets in 1997 happy good staff from planing to end and brought bath cabinets over year and all my blinds in home told my wife after going to home depot we go to mernads they the best . Well I was wrong. No one help or ask even when my wife ask they ignore her . To busy on phone and computer not what we use to. We left went to lowes. So disappointing of your concern to help customers now. Your sell I guess are down I think because your service to customers suck I will spread word what happen .

Bought a new whirlpool washer Last Thursday it did no work at all ,Called Thursday they said they would send out a new one Monday between 10 and 3 at 3:30 called the store MgrTheir late maybe 5 this is bull stay away use Home Depot ,Lowes anyone else .If they are not here by 5 or if it's not perfect they can keep it ,refund and I will be on way to Home Depot

I'm with my wife when we came to this place. We want to buy a couch and table for our living room. Since the living room was not big at all we wanted to buy couches with a nice and small size. I use our pick up car (ford) so our couches will be put at the back or car. When we came here it's easy to park our car since there are lot of vacant space to park. There are also free customers inside. We went to the furniture section. My wife started to choose a couch. We decided to choose a brown couch. It was a little bit cheaper compared to other stores that we went to. It has a table on it, a glass table. We also buy frames for our living room. I highly recommend this place. You can come here.

Dont shop over there I drove to manards to buy a vacuum bag the website stated the bag have 6 bags the store stated it have 3 bags we talked to a worker working there his name is ART he said he is the manager he said it's a mistake he can't honor the price at manards website we said okay I know you can match the price with homedepot he said yes we do that I did show him the same exact item he said it doesn't have the same item number I think he have a problem with something am really disappointed with that

I would not recommend coming to this Menards. I’m disappointed in their customer service. My aunt and I were looking for a specific tool they said they had in stock and whenever we would ask a staff member for help, they would give us wrong directions or look away when we would approach them.

I had rented a carpet cleaner and had to return it. Cleaned it before taking back and they said it’s dirty. No problem so I had to drive home and clean it again! Came back to menards and they flipped it over.???? They charged me $20 because the BRISTLES are dirty!? Are you joking me. I’ve spent a lot of money in this place but I’m having second thought.Thank you for your time

We were remodeling our bathroom. We bought a vanity sink. Got home it was bowed and flawed. Returned. Got another. After putting it in on vanity for a few days, it discolored around drain. Bad glazing. So we returned. Got another. This one when we got home was scratched and glaze on back splash was terrible. 3 sinks later i got my money back but nothing for time or effort. Terrible quality.

Alway get good services, things are easy to find and parking is so huge. All around, this is the best place for home improvements in the area. Very easy return procedures even when you loose the receipt...easy, scan your card with the machine that you used to purchase and bamm... you ready to move on. it makes lines shorter :).

I wasn’t aware Menards checks receipts now. We finished checking out and were about to exit when this very young man asked for our receipt. I asked if this was a new procedure, to which he replied, “yes”. Another customer happened to overhear and even waited to have his own checked. Once he was done, he turned around not even acknowledging the waiting man. Might’ve been terrible customer service. Might’ve been racial profiling. Tell your young employees to not make it so blatantly obvious that they’re singling someone out. Very rude.

I've never had a good experience, either through phone or in-store. It's hard to find items and the employees would much rather give you the worst attitude than actually just assist you in finding what you're looking for. I've had better experiences in Walmart than here and that's truly surprising. Don't waste your time, energy, or money here. Definitely go to the Home Depot! Plenty of helpful employees there than at this Menards.

Everyone here was SO helpful. This place is huge and has everything you need but it can be overwhelming if you don't know the entire layout of the store. Three different employees helped me located all of the items on our list and were super friendly and kind. 10/10 service. Would definitely come here for all of your household and garden needs.

Huge store , they have everything to fix, build, destroy, feed, play and decorations for your home and garden. Love this store but don't love the whole 11% discount which you have to mail in and get a coupon for your next purchase. Smart of them to get you to come back to damn them!

Over all the store is clean and usually well stocked. Unfortunately due to the current times I'm assuming is the reason the shelves aren't stocked like usual. Every once in a while I'll run into a staff member that does not do their job to the fullest potential. In my case it was a younger one. With a little persistence, I was able to get the employee to locate the item I was looking for.Update 11/5/2020Visited the store and was really appalled at the state of the restrooms. 3 of the stalls had various amounts of feces on the sides of the toilet and surrounding walls. I can't believe the type of patrons visiting the store. No pride and respect. I am sure they wouldn't do that in their own homes and absolutely no reason for them to have such sordid behavior. Unfortunately they can't be named and shamed. Hopefully the business can find a solution to deal with the sick patrons.

Disappointed with the manager in charge telling me they cant ring up a propane tank In side the store at the register. ..I have to go outside to purchase one...sends me outside and tells me I have to find someone to help me at their propane area.( there was no one around and I had to go back inside and tell them so Laziness>> Unwillingness to help>> who knows) ..I moved on to home depot....Never will enter that Menards again.....since that fiasco, I have easily spent 1500 at home depot down the street

Found what I needed and associates were certious and helpful. Gimic with 15% off bag was kind of a waste of bag. Why not just give discount on items with size or price restrictions
