The ONLY vet I trust with my dogs health. All 4 of my dogs go here. They’re busy for a reason. And even then give the best service. Everyone I’ve met is friendly and compassionate. I have the vet plan for my pets and like that it includes dental cleanings and vaccines. Your furbaby will be in good hands with them.

Our visit with Bruno to the vet was great. They really made him relax and he actually seemed to love going to the doctor for the first time!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was excellent. Would definitely recommend Hanover Park Animal Hospital to any pet owner. You’ll be in great hands !

This is a great place to go for animal care. They are super friendly, knowledgable, and compassionate. They are not just for cats and dogs either which is super great since I have a bunny who needs medical treatment and they are really helpful with him. Highly recommend using this clinic as your vet!

They are very attentive and care for your pets very much. Every time I take my two cats for a visit , they follow up the next day to check on them, even if it’s a Saturday. My indoor cats feel very secure around the Vets and staff here.

We moved and needed a new vet. They were able to get us in quickly and everyone I spoke with was very welcoming and professional. For those commenting on cost, vet care is expensive and no one is entitled to low-cost care. Their rates are higher than my previous care (a big box facility), but I think location and the facilities have a lot to do with it. Both the vet and the tech spent plenty of time answering questions and getting to know our needs. I definitely wanted to do the wellness plan, but that was the first thing that was brought up. I appreciate the transparency with costs, but it felt like a bit of a hard sell tactic that could have waited for later. Regardless, I will absolutely be returning and am looking forward to them caring for my pup!

I can't say enough good things about HPACC. Each and every staff member, from the front desk to physical therapy,have treated us with kindness, compassion and were truly partners in my dog's care.I have utilized every service available and never once felt like we weren't receiving the absolute best care. When a complicated disease ultimately progressed to the point end of life needed to be addressed, thy handled everything in the most compassionate, empathetic way. I will never ever forget the kindness that we were shown on that horrible day and so want to wrap up the 2 techs that cried with me on huge hugs off gratitude. If and when I adopt another dog, I won't even consider another practice. Thank you HPACC for always treating my Lola with the best and sweetest care.

Lola saw the Dr and even though we were not there she gave us a full review of our concerns and made sure to give us all of our treatment options. She was very accommodating and you could tell she loves her job!Lola was also boarded at HPCC, it’s the only place we trust to take her to. We love the fact that she has her TV time and play time while she is there.Check out was quick and easy, they let us know how she did and how she ate and acted while she was there. It is very was reassuring to here feedback at pick up.

We really enjoy Hanover Park Animal Care Center because they were quick to get our dog in during 2 different emergency situations. They also always call to check up on our pup in the following days if she has an ear infection or paw infection for instance. I am also appreciative that they light a memorial in the entryway for anyone who has lost a pet that day.The only opportunity I have to share is with scheduling. We often wait 45 mins to an hour for any scheduled appointments, including nail trims. This has been this way for years. Although the staff is always friendly, staffing is a long standing issue.

I don't like this place,they charged me a meds $50 per tablet that I can get from somewhere else for $10 ,not going back anymore.1/32024My issue has been resolved, Manager called and apologize for the over charge and issue a credit on my next visit .

Have been bringing our pets here for years and have always been pleased, until recently.The last two times we brought our dog for a bath, we dropped her off in the morning, generally around 9am, expecting to pick her up in an hour or so. Both times we didn't pick her up until afternoon (once not until 2:30pm), never received a call about any delays or issues, I had to call to get an update.Today was the last straw. Booked an appointment through their app and got confirmation text that she could be seen at 9am. I confirmed the appointment via text.Pulled into their parking lot and called at 9:01am, the girl on the phone said she couldn't find the appointment and put me on hold. After a couple minutes, came back on and asked again what we were here for. She then asked what kind of car we were in and said someone would be out shortly.My dog hates the car and physically shakes from the moment we get in the car, until we get out. at 9:30, I called again, as no one had come out or called. Was offered a sincere apology and told that they'd make sure someone came out to get my dog.At 9:45, I couldn't bear seeing my dog tremble anymore, so we left.Wholly unacceptable service.

Very professional, and caring. My dog has been going there for 3 years now.. have not seen any crazy behavior from her so that shows they are taking care of her well. I would hope to see one day how she is dealing with when she gets a bath there but she is always wagging her tail when she is going in and going out of this place. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the wonderful, kind, and caring staff at this care center. My Chase was suffering, and our vet could not see us for a few more days. Luckily Hanover Park Animal Care Center was open ON A SUNDAY and was able to take care of us during this difficult time. Putting your pet down is already a heartbreaking moment, and we were in a new place with new staff. The experience couldn't have been more humane. The staff made us feel like we were part of the family. Thank you for everything that you do, our family appreciates you!

We take both of our dogs here and our cat. They are absolutely wonderful with our animals. Our cat is 20 years old and blind with some kidney issues. They take great care of him. One of our dogs was just diagnosed with lymphoma. They have been amazing with her as well.

Definitely not there to help. So if you have emergency like 1tick to remove you need appointment for a tick that takes 5 min to remove and I was already there on the spot with the dog.Sad little placeHopefully karma comes

All staff from the front desk to the doctors were super pleasant and truly seemed to care about my dog. They communicated all day when she was there to get spayed, and answered questions quickly and professionally. Great experience overall.

Very insensitive and manipulative manager Brian who was very cruel to my dog. He put him in isolation without asking us. We paid for standard suit and hope ful Thor my dog will be happy. He ll get one extra play time and treat. But Brian put him in solitary even his leg was injured. No one to walk him and play.Even we paid for you . Please monitor your animals while they stay there. Brian is not trust worthy, he is only money focused

After a few years of coming here after moving to the area, the wait times have gotten significantly longer and scheduling an appointment has becomes such a headache that I am now forced to look for a new vet. I would recommend to avoid coming here if you value your time at all.
