I stopped there the other day to get a phone mount for in the car. The first one I bought did not work right?So when I went back in the manager was so awesome judy. She even came outside to try and help me with the second one that I bought. I have never had an employee, let alone A. Manager at a dollar general come out and try and assist me with a product that I bought.

I LOVE going to this dollar general because of the people who work here. Judy, Chris and the entire team are always smiling, helpful, fun. They know most of their customers and exude warmth and hospitality. Meeting them brightens up my day every time. Plus they keep the store well stocked, well maintained, clean and welcoming. It’s a blessing to have this store in the neighborhood.

This Dollar General is very nice, it was clean & organized. The prices are good, frozen food section a little bit higher than Walmart prices but not too bad. I met a gentleman called Alan, he was friendly and helpful, I told him I would be back.

Over all the store was clean and organized however the management that they had working there was hostile, impolite and inconsiderate. I never felt so disrespected in my life. All because their Google pay wasn't working this man lied and said it was against policy to cancel a transaction and do it over. What kind of retail store would have a policy like that?? When I asked someone else to do it if he didn't want to he refused that and told me he was the manager and the only one working. Until I found a sensible woman named Michelle who had stepped in the back. Even though he claimed it a against policy she did it for me on a different register. The most sarcastic cashier I've met with terrible customer service and a messed up moral compass. Good luck to anyone who looks like me shopping here.

The store clerk was treating me like some kind of criminal when I went to return an item I had found cheaper somewhere else. I do not like to disclose any personal information. I felt victimized when he was rude by asking. I asked him why he needed it and then he asked for my job phone number. Or else he would not do the return. Tall white male I think he was the manager. Rude customer service! If he hates his job so much he should go work elsewhere.

Usually always in stock, people are always shopping inside when I go. Good place to pick up almost anything household wise.

The last manager used to let me take a box here and there for shipping. This new manager, Michelle, made a big deal about me taking a used broken down box. I've been shopping here for a while but now ill take my money somewhere else. Total power move on her part. Very poor treatment of a regular customer over something so petty.I'm done shopping here.

This is a nice, clean, & well staffed Dollar General at the time I was here. The shelves were stocked which I have noticed at other stores this seems to be a problem. This is a nice store to have in your area. Just a typical we'll run store.

It was horrible the guy that works there the older man was very rude and he was very rude to one of his coworkers I have been going to that store for a while now and everytime its the same thing he just gives EVERYONE ATTITUDE when you ask him where something is or if he can help me find something he gives you a hard time and gives you attitude like its not my fault he is miserable . Other then that it was ok the young girl working there is super friendly and just has a very bubbly personality which is what you want in order for people to come back .

Update:I was very upset yesterday with what happened, but the new head store manager Michelle called me and it was like night and day. Michelle was very empathetic and showed above and beyond excellent customer service. Therefore, I decided to change the 1 star to a 4. Thank you Michelle.____________________________________Previous Review:Julian did not offer a mask until asked even though my husband had a face covering (t-shirt). She and the manager Alan demanded it had to be a real mask as Alan pointed to his surgical face mask. My husband said the sign says you have to have a face covering not the surgical mask and Alan said they put that sign in the door for people who can't speak English!Then, Alan tried to put my husband out instead of giving him a mask. Julian ended up giving him the mask. To note: we spent hundreds there throughout the COVID pandemic but will not return to this store again thanks to Alan and his r.a.c.i.s.t attitude.

Was not busy so that was a plus but it felt cramped in the way it was set up. This was the first time to this store. They had the cat food I needed to find but otherwise was not really impressed with the store.

Very rude staff who doesn’t let customers the restroom even though they have a signanage for restrooms. If you not gonna let Customers use the restroom then you shouldn’t have sign for public restrooms 😡😡😡

I love it so much bc there is this squeezing thing for service and its so cool also when u need something they look for it when I went today and asked for a pool pump they searched for it so hard and when they couldn't find it they felt so bad and said they will keep pumps for me next time ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I enjoy shopping at dollar General their prices are fare when it comes to things. Everyone else prices for soda are so expensive and they have soda cheaper . And consumer service is nice to me when I come to shop.

They have helium tank to fill up your party balloons. It's cheaper than Party City. You will have to carry your balloon n ribbon to fill up helium.

I have visited this store about 3 times and the self check out never works, I have to wait for the manager to finish his chores so he can charge me (reluctantly) because this machine is not in service???
