Nice little restaurant. I haven't been here in many years. My hot beef sandwich was cooked correctly, portion size was huge and was utterly delicious if you overlook the tremendous amount of salt saturated throughout the dish. Plenty of free, close parking and handicap accessible entrance. Staff was courteous, attentive and well trained. The store was clean and well lit. Beware only cash and local checks accepted as payment!

If you are looking for a homestyle breakfast or lunch, you can't beat Hog Trof. The kids had a Piggy 🐷 Pancake and bacon, which they loved. Also had the Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, which was medium thickness and seasoned well. The fresh tomatoes and lettuce took it to another level. The Roast Pork Plate served with dressing, home fries, peas, and a simple side salad was tasty and a lot of food for the money.

We stopped here because of the silly name. and glad we did!We were greeted with a smile and promptly served. Our breakfast was amazing!! My American fries, sausage and poached eggs were cook to perfection. And my girlfriend's skillet had some of the best sausage gravy. We will definitely be back. Yum!

Stopped in for 8:00AM breakfast on a Saturday Morning. Great service, recd exactly what I ordered. Food was hot and nicely arranged on the plate.Note, do not be missed guided if you pull up and the parking lot seems full. There is seating inside. I got right in and was served quickly.

Went for the first time today, the food wasn't bad, pancakes were great..However, the waitress that we had was a new level of rude. She brought Diet Pepsi to the table when we asked for Pepsi, and she argued that fact. She also made several snide comments about what we ordered exactly. The whole experience put such a bitter taste that I will not be going there again. I've never had such rude service before. Disappointed because I've heard such great things!

Great local eatery in the middle of Hanna City! Generous portions and great breakfast options! Decor is pig inspired and features many folksy pieces on the walls. The waitress was really attentive and eager to help out which was greatly appreciated! Of you are looking for a great meal go to the Hog Trof and you won't go home hungry!

Pleasantly surprised,neat little mom and pop type restaurant. I had a burger and fries that was quite tasty with a drink for around 6 bucks. Pretty good. I'm gonna try the breakfast next time.

My Mom and I stopped there on our way back from Peoria, what a great little friendly place to eat breakfast. We both want to stop in again and try lunch. They're only open until 2pm, so lunch it will have to be.Try it, I hope you'll like it as much as we did!
