This place has younger people playing which is just so sweet. All the food is delicious and so is their ice cream. This place has swings that you can eat on and is very fun for the children. The workers are kind, sweet, and overall one of my best experiences at a fast food places I have ever been to.

Place is delicious, the burgers are top tier. My one complaint for why they don't compare to the custard places is the absolute imbalance of toppings to ice cream. Custard places do it better, I always leave wishing I had more toppings here.

The blonde curly haired male was very kind and made my day, he has a beautiful smile and it's contagious. i believe his name was ryan. very patient when i couldn't decide on what i wanted, the cheeseburger was great that he made was great! i could tell it was made with love<3 a 10/10 experience!!!

Located right on route 66 in Hamel Illinois. This place is very nice and pleasingly appealing, add in food and lots of different ice creams and you have yourself the best place to be EVER!!! Everything is yummy that I've ever ordered. Very clean inside and outside. You can choose to dine in or out. Also have a clean bathroom located on the outside to the east. I see that they also started serving breakfast, which I bet is top notch. Haven't tried yet, but will be soon and will give a detailed review of that as well. The owner is very nice, local, and hires local employees. So money spent stays local which in return helps the town. Also doing a nice add on addition that everyone will be able to enjoy as well. So the next time your in Hamel, be sure to stop by and reward, relax, and enjoy some Route 66 Creamery!! Help your small local business by shopping locally and keep ur hard working money stay right here.Parking: Nice big parking lot, small on the south east, which you can enter building as well as the north side too.Kid-friendliness: Ice cream is for everyone, but mention ice cream to kids, then you can bribe or something to bargain with. Crying kid....ice cream= happy kid, kid won't do chores, ice cream make kid do chores. We all scream for ice cream! Hurrah!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and easy path to cruise right in.

Phenomenal burgers ice cream and service. Service was 10 stars + . Came in today 8-27 between 2 and 4 I failed to look at the time. The girls working presented in a very friendly professional manner along with the fella . Coming through on a long trip and seen the sign on the interstate decided to swoop in. The staff on hand is exactly what you expect from a small town. Kudos to a fine and clean establishment.
