I placed a large order through the drive thru and knew that we would have to wait. Which was fine. When we got home I realized they forgot my fries. So I call up there. Nobody answers so I just go back. I tell her they forgot our fries. She said to just pull ahead. I explain to the lady at the window because she doesn't know why I'm there. She tells me she can't give me anything without a receipt. I only had my order number because the receipt was in the bag at home. I asked for a manager and she told me they only have one and they were on lunch. I said your manager will not speak to me because they are on lunch and they are the only one? She says yes. Well I needed the fries because everybody in my family got fries except one kid so I had to buy another fry. Very frustrating. Especially since I spent so much already and you think I would lie about a $3 thing of fries? The service has definitely gone down in the last year

I am really sad to write this review because up until about a month ago this was one of the best McDonalds I had been to state side (and we have lived & traveled to many states/locations). They always had fresh food cooked in fresh grease. Truly top notch. However the past 4 times we have been to this location the food has been old. They do not customize as ordered (no onions/pickles) and you can tell the grease has not been changed enough. Our recent order had VERY old chicken nuggets & filet-o-fish (with almost no sauce). A burnt bun on the Crispy chicken almost no mayo. The big mac we specified no pickles & no onions and got both. Photos show some of the issues.

Avoid this McDs at all cost!!!! I made an order through the drive thru. When i got to the window. They asked me to pull into a spot out of line although there was no one in line behind me. I waited 20 minutes for my food. When i walked in asked where my food was, the blonde at the window said she had given my order to another person. But didnt say anything. I asked for a manager and the whole crew said she was on a break. But started remaking my order. Took 4 minutes to remake which makes me wonder why I had to pull out of line. No one, literally zero persons on the crew said anything remorseful to me.

I will preface this with the fact that this location is better than most, in my experience. That said...it is a McDonald's. And everything that one might expect from a McDonald's. The food is consistently ok, and the staff is typically quite friendly and efficient at this location. I've never had any major complaints. But, my expectations are never very high. I gave the atmosphere one star for a couple of reasons.1. I typically just use the drive-thru.2. It has the atmosphere of a McDonald's...no one really wants to be there...but...our kids are al addicted...and the employees have bills to pay...🤷‍♂️

It’s 10.45 pm . Only drive through is open, but walkers are not allowed in Mc Donald’s, Only cars can come and buy, but not the semi truckers. Mc Donald’s is inside loves truck stop property, there should be access for truck drivers too. I drove all day and now I stopped here to eat and then sleep. But this is how Mc Donald’s reward truck drivers , not to serve them, but only the cars. Stop saying hero to us. It’s my mistake that I drive truck and because of that I can’t buy food. Thank you Mc Donald’s

Not even worth a 1 star. Do not go to this McDonald's. Always Rude employees. Food Quality is HORRIBLE !!Burnt Luke warm hamburger patties. Burnt buns. I have a allergy to onions and I told them and they put them on anyway. Along with Luke warm Burnt Patties and buns and the grease on them was so bad. And it wasn't just this time it's every time I go. So, im not going back !! And the inside of the restaurant is always filthy( tables, floors, and condiment area ).

Got a cheeseburger plain because I am allergic to Nightshades (tomatoes) they gave them to me plain but it was very obvious by taste and after looking in the bag there was ketchup on the wrapper. It's stupid to think people just ask for things out of want and not necessity. On the bun I could see where they visibly scraped the ketchup off the bun.

I'm not sure what the point of making customizations to an order if either the app doesn't pass the requests along, or the restaurant just ignores them. Out of four items ordered, only one was correct. Who wants to eat MC nuggets with NO sauce? Very disappointed.

I was very positive surprised after an older lady with an employee McDonald’s name tag came in to the store and stopped at every table asking if the customer is happy with their food and the the service! After she ordered some of the staff around I asked a worker about her status, if she is the Franchise owner or manager and she told me that she just works at the McDonald’s.I was so shocked to have someone bother to care about the customer like this lady did in a franchise location, that I thought that has to be honorable mention! Every store owner should be great full to have an employee like that!And it reminds me to work on myself to give customers or even just random people around me a better experience in life!For me that lady is totally the worker of the month in the Franchise industry!I hope I will get to meet more inspirational people like you.Thank you so much

This location is the most rudest place I ever went to, went inside at 8:02 in the evening to be yelled at by a person acting as manager telling me I needed to leave because she couldn’t take my order cause she only had four people there. There was other people sitting in the restaurant at this time eating!! The last time I check four ppl was quite a few ppl to make a cheeseburger and fries!!??

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING! THEY ARE NOT PUTTING CHEESE ON SPICY DELUXE CHICKEN SANDWICHES EVEN THO THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR THE CHEESE WHEN YOU ASK FOR CHEESE TO BE PUT ON THE CHICKEN SANDWICHES. I ORDERED 2 SPICY DELUXE CHICKEN SANDWICHES WITH CHEESE. I WAS CHARGED FOR CHEESE AND WALKED OUT BEFORE CHECKING. $13.30 FOR 2 SANDWICHES. IT'S SO EXPENSIVE THAT PEOPLE ARE BARLEY GETTING BY AND WE ARE STILL NOT GETTING WHAT WE ACUALLY ARE PAYING FOR.

No great service happens when the workers start to argue with the customers.We went through the drive thru and had 2 orders, which they had repeated to us and confirmed; one at the speaker and the other with a code for a mobile order. We went to the window and got our drink for the mobile order. And then we waited… they came back with the second order that was at the speaker and said goodbye. We let them know we had a second order. Immediately they said no. We let them know it was a mobile order and we already have the drink for it. The man started to argue that we are not right and if it’s not on their screen, there’s none. We assured him, and another lady involved already, we paid already.I get it, I’ve worked at a McDonald’s too. Eventually our order was found, the lady apologized immediately and the man walked away. We got our food, missing our fries… didn’t care at this point and left.I’m just saying, it was not packed, it was just us for 4 minutes. I’m assuming the worker who left (the one that gave us our drink) cleared our order before the others could know.The End

Wish I could give 0 stars 😂. I said I'd like a happy meal with no fries, and extra apple slices.. She purposely put it in for only fries no apple slices. I hope robots start taking all our orders. Because these mcdonalds employees do not deserve anything over 10 dollars an hour if this is how they conduct themselves.

I don't naturally post any reviews. But this was just sad. Skeleton crew at night, I can understand. But 14 min for a McChicken sandwich. Which i got a "sorry for the wait" but then to top it off. Where is the lettuce on my Mc? The 3 bits that's on it are spoiled. As a professional driver. I don't have the luxury to turn back.
