Update: Mia goes 2 times maybe 3 times a week! Has a ton of fun plays with bubbles. Loves everyone there. So tired when she gets home. Gets to make new friends all the time big and small!Mia loved her first day at Logans House! She is all tuckered out. She made 2 new friends and the staff took amazing pictures for me. I love that you get a report card and can add little things on for them throughout the day there! Keep up the good work 😁

My very high-energy puppy, Dorito Doggy, has a blast every time she gets to play at Logan's House. She comes home needing a nap, which makes her very happy. The staff has been very helpful and incredibly caring. We love the report card and photos they send to us. Dorito has also had her nails trimmed at Logan's House. They have always done a nice job. We highly recommend Logan's House. Your dog will love you even more for having them play at their doggy day care. ❤️

Logan’s house is the BEST!! Luka’s best days are when he’s at Logan’s. The staff is friendly, communication is great, but most importantly they love my pup like he’s their own and he’s a better dog because of his experience at Logan’s House. We are so grateful!!

My first experience with Logan's House was when they first opened. I entered a drawing and won a gift certificate. Unfortunately our old dog passed away before we could redeem the gift. When Logan's House found out, they send us the most beautiful flower arrangement with a very heartfelt sympathy card. The staff didn't know us or our dog and we had never even been to the shop. They did this purely out of kindness.We recently got a new teddy bear puppy and Logan's House was the first place we thought of when she needed to be groomed. We were so nervous leaving her for the first time but the staff instantly made us feel comfortable. They took the time to get to know our puppy and really listened to what sort of haircut we wanted for her. It was such a great experience and we have a super cute, fluffy puppy!!! Thank you Logan's House!!!

I would strongly NOT recommend this place. The staff does not care about all the dogs equally. My dog was cut during the grooming process and I e-mailed the manager - she never responded. He had patches of hair that were not cut! I requested for a refund since my dog had cuts on him and only then did I hear back from the owner. All to hear that they refused to give me a refund for really bad service and customer service. The owner admitted that I was not the only one experiencing bad service and this wasn't the first complaint. Instead of giving me a refund she demanded for the grooming service to be paid for.They do not care about dogs or great grooming services. They just care about your money as shown with my experience with them.There are better places that will give your dog and you a great experience.Legal documents with the bank shows they responded as "If I am forced to refund that amount for her dog's groom, I will charge what I am entitled to for her late cancellation fee (the full price of her groom).They were just looking for a way to get money. Instead of promising better services in the future. I would have given them a second chance but by their response. Never.Do not come to this place because if you have a bad experience they will fight to force you to pay for a horrible service and horrible haircuts. My dog's haircut was uneven and he was cut. He literally had hair in his armpits and paw areas!They had a chance to prove to the customer their company's values and it has nothing to do with great care for dogs... it is all about money for them. 0 stars!I will definitely let dog mommas and dog papas know this place is not it. They do not care about your dog having excellent grooming care!

Teddy loves it here ! When we pull into the lot he gets so excited and he is a large breed dog so it’s a bit crazy to curb his enthusiasm ! I love the Logan house, it is a very nice place where they love the puppies, I like the dedication and care they give them and what I can say about Tasha, she is an excellent person, you can feel her good energy and a very noble person with a Huge heart would definitely recommend the Logan house🙌 🐶🐕 🐩🐕‍ 🐾

We take our dogs in for monthly nail trims. They are genuinely excited to see my hounds when I bring them in and take great care of them! The pups staying there always seem super happy and well loved.

I took my Ella for the first time here for her grooming, and she really liked it, I loved the place everyone was very friendly and welcoming to me and my pup, her grooming experience was very relaxing to her that when I brought her home she took a long nap. I will definitely be bringing her back to Logans House. Thank you for taking such good care of my Ella.

The staff is incredible! From daycare to grooming, they make my anxious pups feel safe and loved. Two years ago one of our dogs suddenly started experiencing anxiety around grooming. We believe he had a traumatic experience with another groomer and it's taken us two years to find someone who can groom him without him getting aggressive. Cherylynn was up for the challenge from the start. It's taken a few sessions but each one he's gotten better. Just this past weekend, she was able to complete a full groom without issues. He is now the happiest boy ever because he can see and doesn't have hair in his face. Thank you Cher and all of the staff for having patience for my sweet boy.We're looking forward to using their boarding services in the near future as they don't keep them in crates overnight. Our spoiled babies wouldn't do well in a crate overnight.

Ace has been loving day care from Logan’s House! We love the pictures, videos, and report cards they do in order to see how much fun he is having throughout the day. He always comes home exhausted from playing and every staff member has been incredibly friendly!

Very friendly staff. As long as my dog wags his tail and gets excited when I pull up, then I am not worried. I look forward to his report cards. Somehow they can get better pictures of my dog than I can. :P

By far the best place to get your pets groomed. This was our first visit with my two yorkies & the experience was top notch from start to finish. Shout out to Cherylynn & the staff of this amazing place. I would recommend them to anyone with pets & rest assured we will be coming back for more visits.

The "groomer" Cherylynn in NOT a groomer! She is nothing but a glorified bather or groomers assistant! I worked in the "industry" as a groomers assistant for many years and I would not attempt a grooming position like she has. Cherylynn is afraid of big dogs such as dobermans, shepherds, pitbulls and mastiff or in other words the "troubled" dogs. Whoever is hiring, please vet your staff, as people pay a lot of money for experienced groomers and will get very poor results with Cherlynn! Make sure request anyone else, do not let her do anything other than bathe your dog! Edited to add: I have never worked for this facility nor do I know the person who is named by the owner in their reply. I am NOT a current or former co worker.
