Colin and Carlos are wonderful with my Silky Terrier. Oliver! They know exactly how I want him to look and he looks great each and every time! Came with my sister and her cat Roxy-- she was whining and crying before we got there but once the nail clipping and brushing started Roxy was so calm! Everything was done very quickly and efficiently and it's clear the groomer really cares about animals. 😊 Politely informed us about changing the collar we were using as it causes strain and gave us tips for maintenance. Will be bringing her here again when needed! 😊 Prices are very reasonable as well.

I take both my girls here and they LOVE their day at the spa! The guys know their names when we come in. The best in the business we won't go anywhere else. The big box store was horrible with them! And asked me to bring them in separately.

I had brought one of my clients here to get her cat's nails trimmed. Keep in mind, this was not the first time that she had been to this grooming location. When we arrived there I was appalled at both the smell of this place as well as how it looked inside. Now I understand that this is not a 5 star hotel, but there was pet hair EVERYWHERE. In the vents, on the ceiling, in the plants... everywhere. The smell was awful. Just looked very unclean and unsanitary in every way. Besides that, the customer service of the two guys working in there was terrible. He asked what my client's and pet's names were and she stated that she had been there before. He said there was no record of her ever coming there before in their BOX OF NOTECARDS. Notecards? Really? So he very annoyingly made her a card. All my client wanted done on her cat was a nail trim, which he said was done very quickly and no appointment was needed. He took the cat in her carrier and had her sitting on the floor next to him while he continued to work on another cat. Once he finally finished with the other cat he took my client's cat out of its carrier and started brushing her. He decided that he was going to trim her stomach and bathroom areas without asking my client. Then turned to us and said "this might be a while maybe go grab a coffee or wait outside" which is ridiculous. I thought this was a quick process? Why are you brushing/trimming her if all that was wanted was a nail trim? Why are we being told to leave? By the time we got back the cost was way higher than first mentioned due to him performing other services that were not asked for. Completely unprofessional, very rude staff, fowl smell and conditions. Not somewhere I would bring my client back to nor would I EVER bring a pet of my own.

This place is fantastic! I have a big dog with lots of hair, I adopted him when he was already 8 months and his previous owners had his hair all matted around his butt and hind legs. Ive never been able to get it all out and I thought I would be charged at least $200~ for all his grooming. It was only $40! I was shocked at how affordable it was and for such an amazing job they did, getting out all the mats and tangles. They left my dog beautiful and this is going to be my monthly go to spot from now on ❤ I highly recommend this place, we had to wait a month for our appointment but it was so worth it!!

My 90lbs, anxious/reactive dog who usually screams and jumps while getting his nails done actually stays still here.The groomer is super quick and efficient with his black nails and my boy doesn't have to be stressed out as long as with other groomers.2 dogs and were usually out within 15/20 mins.

We've been going here for years with our chiweenie for nail trims. Recently we rescued another dog, a miniature pinscher. We didn't know a lot about his background but found out he HATED his nails trimmed (screams, bites, growls, etc). The vet tried doing this and ended up having to schedule him a different appointment where he is given trazodone prior. Today I decided to try to see if these guys would be able to get through it, and they were!I told him "If you aren't able to complete it don't worry, he goes to the vet later" and his response was "I don't like to let the min pins get their way" and boom next thing you know the trim was over!

Grand Grooming always does a nice job with my dogs. They did a wonderful job getting my Deerhound's fur to come back in nice and thick by their professional hand grooming. They are very affordable and with 4 dogs and a couple of foster dogs a year, I need affordable. This does not mean they are not professional and the groomers all work very well together. They are also very nice to my dogs, it's obvious they like animals by the way they treat them. I have had no problems with any of the groomers, always kind and courteous to me. They are busy but they will always take the time for you to stop in for a nail trim without an appointment. It's not a fancy shop but it's clean and efficient. I want to pay for grooming I do not need 'fancy decor'. And my dogs like it just the way it is. :-)

I just called and had a couple questions on cat grooming. I've never received a cat manual when I purchased my cat, so if anyone has one please send it my way. I want to start giving my cat a bath and was met with, "well you can't really start them unless they were kittens. If they react badly we will stop and just brush cat". Sure it's obvious to start everything when they are young, but what if you adopted an older cat? Owell I guess I'll just give my cat a bath. Also, they charge by the hour but it depends and if it's easier it's costs less? what constitutes easy? real good business model.

Have taken our cats here several times. Always a great job. They give Izzy a Lion cut 4x by now she seems to prefer it and I think actually likes it better than all her hair. The other Ginger 1st time she is trying to get use to it. We have been doing business with them for over 4 years. Plan on continuing. You can count on them.

Been taking our dog Oreo there for about a decade now. Did it myself a few times until I cut his ear. After the expensive trip to the vet I'll never do it myself again. Oreo just loves Carlos. I know they treat my dog well because of how excited he gets when we tell him he's going to see Carlos for a haircut. Fair price and great service.

We have been taking our two longhaired cats here for 3 years. You can tell the owners are doing what they love. And they were so excited to get cats for a change as well. The cats are pretty chill and literally just lay on the table while being spoiled. They seem to love it!

I arrived without an appointment and they graciously offered to squeeze my Yorkie Terrier in. I was told to leave her and come back in a few hours. I returned to find a horrible mess. They completely shaved her beard to the raw skin. Her body did not match her face, the cut was il-portion. Upon returning home, I noticed she was disturbingly different. I did not realize until the next day, they has beat my dog into submission on her hind. She has been walking with a limp and in pain.

Our dogs can be a little difficult when it comes to grooming, but these guys really did an amazing job! Our "boys" came home exhausted but so happy and looking like they're ready for a night on the town! We have a tough time keeping up with all the undercoat and whatnot and our boys are a little particular about who they like. Not only did we receive great service but knowing that our boys were being cared for by confident and competent gentlemen was a comforting feeling. The amount they charged for their services was less than half what I have paid for terrible service and bad results. We wish we had found them years ago.

Second time I bring my dog to this place. First one they were nice and polite, but this second one they were very rude and unprofessional. The guy got upset for not finding my dogs "information" when I told him it was his second time there. When their way of keeing records is by writing on NOTE CARDS!They need to update their system. On my way there they called, I didn't pick up the phone since I was on the corner. Walked in there and told them that I was there for my dog, both guys ignored me. One of them just walked to the back and brought my dog which it was real scare.Save your money, it's not worth it. Worst costumer service ever.

Very rude and unprofessional. They told my brother that nail clippings was a walk-in service and that he'd have to come back another time and make an appointment (even though the place was empty). I decided to call and the man on the phone literally said that it was a walk in service and that no one ever had to make an appointment. It was the most appalling and horrible thing. I couldn't believe they were that rude. I'll never go back there again. Plus when they'd clip my dogs nails they'd be rough and lazy about it. Terrible place.

Been dealing with Carlos, John and Collin since they opened shop here. Never had a complaint. Over the past twenty years they have groomed a fur ball Golden Retriever and an insolent Maine Coon Cat plus soothed the nerves of a 130lb crybaby Masiff mix adverse to nail trims. Would never take a pet anywhere else than to these gentlemen for grooming. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

My cat got banned from petsmart for being too much trouble. They shaved half of him and gave him back. I thought getting him groomed might be a lost cause. I took him to this location and they gave him the best hair cut he's ever gotten. A completely even lion cut, no nicks or anything. When I got him back he was perfectly calm (unlike at petsmart where he soiled himself in his carrier and hid for a day after he got home). I know my cat and he is a 20lb sassy handful. These groomers are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. And their services are very reasonably priced!

These are some of the most amazingly patient, loving, kind groomers I have ever come across. The service is above and beyond my expectations. Yes, they are very busy, and don't have a whole lot of last minute openings, but that is just proof of the great job they do. If you are a pet lover, you will love these guys.

We have been going to Grand Grooming for over seventeen years and would not go anywhere else. We have always owned Basset Hounds and since the breed can continuously have ear problems we rely on these groomers to let us know way in advance if an infection can be brewing. Also, they have noticed other physical problems with our dogs way before we noticed it, which allowed us to get immediate care from our vet.Also, their kind, gentle attitude toward our three hounds is short of remarkable. Our dogs actually look forward to getting a bath. When we are about 1/2 mile from Grand Grooming the squealing starts and all of our dogs will run up to the first groomer they see and give them hundreds of "licks and kisses" on the face. It is really cute to see.

My family has been going here for about 2 years to groom our shih tzu. They were good at the beginning but a couple times we noticed our dog shake uncontrollably and we didn't know why. The last time we went there they did a horrible job on our dog as if they were in a rush. When we picked her up she looked so bad that we had to fix her up ourselves. Looking closer to our dog we noticed cuts on her face and ears. That was the worse we've seen her come out of there and that's the last time she'll be there. Don't even waste your time and money on this place, it's horrible!!
