My dog Cocoa and I love the daycare at Central Bark GURNEE. The entire staff is great and treat me and my dog with respect and kindness. When I drop him off, I never have to worry about him being taken care of or enjoying himself. The reservation process is super easy, same with pick up and payment. I am so fortunate to have this wonderful business in my neighborhood!

I love Central Bark Gurnee, the staff is always very friendly and cares about all the pets they care for. It's really a comfort for me to know I have somewhere safe to bring my dogs, Cuddles my last dog and now Daisy.

Great customer service, my pup was so happy and I could tell that they took good care of her. I love how they cut and shaped her Doodle face ❤️ She had mats so they blended her as best as they could but I still love the result. Definitely gonna go back regularly for their grooming services

Central Bark is a great place! Have you seen the Facebook posts of all the smilin’ tail waggin’ pups they post daily??!! These doggies have the best time playing together. Our girl Peppers is elderly and suffers from separation anxiety, but she visits Central Bark for nail trims and baths on a regular basis. Layne and his loving staff are always so sweet to our girl and take great care of here. I love that they’re conveniently located and offer easy hours for appointments. We’re a huge fan of the Central Bark Gurnee family ❤️

I bring my dogs to Central Bark Gurnee for doggie daycare, overnights and use their grooming service. I’ll never use a different grooming service, Central Bark Gurnee does such a great job with my fur babies, and they have a lot of fur! When I board my dogs I love that Central Bark Gurnee posts the dogs on Facebook. It’s peace of mind for me to see that they’re having fun when I’m out of town. Lane and all the employees genuinely love each dog that comes in the door. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Signed, a forever customer

Central Bark Gurnee is an amazing place. K9 Browser LOVES it there. He comes home happy and tired. The staff is extremely caring, attentive and are obvious dog lovers. My daughter brought her dog there and felt the same way - she was sad to leave when she moved to New York. My neighbor brought their dog here for years up to age 14 (he recently passed away). Browser and I highly recommend them!!!

I've been bringing my dog here on/off for two years now and the staff is always so welcoming. They always greet my dog with his name and make sure he's comfortable prior to taking him back to daycare. I would definitely recommend this location. The staff is always so professional and accommodating.

We love Central Bark Gurnee! We are retired and we still try to get Gracie there twice a week for her socialization. She is an old girl who can be anxious but the staff is so gentle and caring towards her! She loves going to daycare to see her friends. One thing I wished they had camera's that would allow us to look in on her day.

This team is incredible! They care deeply about each dog in their program. They are always warm and inviting, and also take the cutest pictures! My dog is my baby and I love knowing he’s in the best hands each day.

Baylee loves going to what I refer to as school! She loves the staff and her furry friends. I love the fact that I will get a report card showing her at play and she looks so happy! Best thing I ever did for her.

Hands down best day care ever, truly appreciate those I’ve met so far (Lizzy, Sara, Christina, Layne) Thanks for showing love to Bam.. I was sent a video of my dog playing when he first started going and I honestly couldn’t have appreciated it more than I did. I was losing hope thinking BamBam would never be comfortable being around other dogs and being away from home but slowly he started playing more and doing better there. Nothing made me feel better than the video I was sent and every little update I get when I pick him up. Thank you so much honestly to all of you there! (Pics of my baby BamBam and his friend Chewie)

Might be good for doggy daycare, but they did a rather poor job grooming my pup. His hair is uneven, and he looks nothing like the reference pictures we showed them. So disappointed.I could've done this at home and saved $50.

The staff is always so patient with my anxious dog; it's been three years since she started with them and I'm so glad they're here. I always feel confident leaving her in their care, whether it's just for the day or overnight. They were especially kind the one time my plane was delayed and she ended up needing to stay an extra night! Literally every experience I've had here has been positive, and I really appreciate the effort the entire staff makes toward keeping our pups happy and safe.

I took my dog for daycare here for the first time. I was greeted by the owner, Layne when I was arrived. He was such a nice guy! My dog has a lot of energy and can be handful and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their care! There are other doggy day care's closer to my house but this place makes it worth the 15-20 minute drive. We will be back weekly!!

Doc and Jo love Central Bark and so do I!!! Jo used to be very unsure of strange dogs to the point where I didn’t think she would ever have a positive and confident interaction with another dog besides Doc. She got rejected from group training and a daycare before they even gave her a chance when my vet recommended I take her to Central Bark. Layne didn’t make me feel like a bad dog mom and was SO reassuring! And sure enough Jo immediately started breaking out of her shell with her daycare friends and I have noticed she is less reactive when we see strange dogs and people in public. After a few times of going on her own my old man Doc decided he wanted to go too. They get excited to go to daycare and sleep the entire night away when they get home. The staff is so friendly and passionate about what they do. Thank you!!!!

This place is great! I was really nervous about leaving my very energetic, playful dogs in a new place but the staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that everything would be fine. And it was! My two babies love going to Central Bark! They also take pictures of all the dogs throughout there day and post them on Facebook which I absolutely love!
