My family and I had to stop here when my dog went into respiratory distress during a Christmas roadtrip. We unfortunately made the difficult decision to put Banksy down, but I wanted to thank Dr. Jade and Becky for how sweet and compassionate they were in providing unexpected end-of-life care to my best little friend. Y’all were amazing and I’m grateful that he was in such good hands as he crossed the gates to his next life❤️

We have been clients for over 3 years and have found the entire staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Rathmann has truly been a blessing for us as we continue to raise Labradors. Dr Rathmann came out to visit a sick horse and she did such a wonderful job. Caring, thorough and experienced at a time when I was concerned. She understood my worries and communicated well. Also, my other horse had a new issue and she saw her too.She was just really kind and informative. She had looked up the type of feed I was using before the visit, after I mentioned it casually over the phone. I appreciated her efforts and would highly recommend her!

Kind and compassionate care. As a newcomer to Greenville, I really had not thought about vet care for our farm animals until an emergency developed. Greenville Veterinary Clinic could have not engaged when I called right at their closing time. They didn't. They made me feel like I was the most important client for their practice and provided perfect farm service during a very difficult time. Dignity, respect, kindness and sensitivity are synonymous with their practice - they have earned my patronage for four horses, four dogs and a handful of barn cats! Well done!

If we could give 10 stars, we would!! Once again, above and beyond any vet clinic you'd ever consider visiting. Save your time....Greenville Vet Clinic is THE BEST!! We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved 14 year old Husky, Beau. They were so compassionate and caring through the entire process. Our son and his wife are major fans as well and drive over from Edwardsville for Greenville Vet Clinic's exceptional care for their Kali girl. ❤

I started taking my dog here about 1 1/2 yrs ago after being extremely unhappy with the attitude and price gouging of my previous vet. The experience here has been very wonderful.Staff has been extremely friendly, even with having to handle my dog who doesn't enjoy vet visits. Pricing is very fair imo and much more affordable than other practices. They don't feel pushy with trying to upsell you things.Recently I had a little emergency with my dog and they were able to get him in that day to see him. Huge thanks to Dr Rathmann and the staff for helping out! She even called after a few days to check in.10/10 vet and worth the drive from Edwardsville.

Don’t bring your Animals here. I showed up because a pit bull attacked my dog and he was bleeding bad, with gaping wounds. and this woman said as you can see I have three cars lined up outside, your name isn’t in the system, I would try glen carbon. Unacceptable. Absolute neglect. And did not care at all that a paying customer was there in an emergency. Never bring your animals here.

Very rude unfriendly staff. My dog starts to panic as soon as she gets a whiff of the place. I would rather drive 30 miles to another vet than go back for any reason. Many people agree with me. Sad. My reply from the vet was that I haven’t been there for three years. Well I explained why in my remarks.

Were over the road truck drivers. This place was great.. Amazing sweet ladys that helped us with our new chihuahua pup and 7 yr old chihuahua. They were informative and did everything well. Price was good for the service they did for our 2 baby's. Tysm. Will come back again. 10+ Rating. 😊😇

I always enjoy my experience at Greenville Veterinary Clinic. The staff is always friendly and personable and the vets are kind and thorough with the exam. I drive extra miles to go to their clinic and feel that it is worth the extra time and effort. I feel like family there.

sad to see a bad review... i took my dog there his whole life and they were awesome! they were supportive and a very cost efficient place when my baby battled cancer..but in then end it came back after 7yrs with a vengeance he had a huge tumor pushing his spine up and couldn't walk anymore so we did what was best and put him down :'( and they were awesome with that too. they gave us all the time and tissues we needed! will definitely continue going there.

Very caring vet, keep us informed of our Maddy. We were able to make same day appointment because we thought our dog had a tick and wanted it to be taken off of her but was a growth instead. Maddy was examed immediately. The vet took time to explain Maddy's growth and what to look for.

They are so fantastic I would not take my pets no where else. We had to go last night for a Emergency Visit and oh my god they took time out and was in no hurry and was during whatever they could to help us in anyway to get us the best help in anyway they could. The staff at Greenville Vet Hospital could not be kinder or more caring. They have gone above and beyond when it has been time to make the decision to put one of our animals down..they are supportive and caring and have seen us through a number of these times. With our other animals they honest about what is happening and up front about costs involved in various options.They helped us obtain lower cost services for a big litter of rescue barn cats we took on, and have never failed to impress us with their knowledge of animals or their compassion. We are lucky to have such a great group in our area!!!!I highly recommend Greenville Vet Clinic.

Today Dr. Ostrom came to our farm for fall vaccines. She took the time to ask about future plans and was able to make recommendations based on that. She was thoughtful, took the time to look at an issue with one of my horses and discussed supplements, etc. Top notch!

Love the COVID-19 approach where the owner stays in the vehicle and just the pet goes in. Safer for everyone. Plus the great care they give our dog Molly - like Tony the Tiger, they're G-R-E-A-T!
