Extremely rude service. The pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. She would not even take the time to look at my coupon stating that she didnt know what it was and that I wasn't going to get my medicine any cheaper than what it was initially. So she wasn't going to waste her time on it. When she finished with our transaction, she didnt even say good night or anything. She handed us our change and my medicine and slammed the window shut. Very rude and very annoying.

I've gone through the same thing as the people in the reviews. They claim they can't refill my prescription early ,yet every other pharmacy does. I can't tell you all the times it has messed up my medication schedule.Also, they always seem to be out of meds. Okay, they have known for a month that my prescription was to be filled on a certain day, so I'm sure they could have it ordered by THEN!Thank God Walmart has a drive up now

Completely incompetent useless pharmacist.. after waiting an hour plus was told be another hr wait.. literally no one else waiting in the whole paharmacy. Lady was rude and lazy.. Never again

They have called my phone 3 times in the last week asking for my husband. I work overnights and have explained to them that this isn't his phone and to stop calling. They won't give me any information and when my husband calls them back (20 minutes later one time and within 5 minutes the other 2) they claim to have no idea why they would have called in the first place.

I went in with my grandmothers pill planners. She has 7-8 prescriptions so they’re a hassle, I understand. But they blantly turned them down saying “we’re over capacity”. So now I spend 30 minutes of my time filling them. Hopefully I can switch her to walmart before I have to AGAIN.Thank you cvs :)

Although this is a clean store and carries many items that I need, I will not be returning. The manager, Deb, has gone out of her way to scold/shame me about my kids while in store. She was very rude and unprofessional today, and did the same thing to me a few months ago. When I told the cashier about it, she just looked at me and didn't say anything. There aren't many shopping options here in Greenville, but I will be driving out of town to go to Walmart if necessary to avoid going in THIS store again!

claims to open at 7 yet the pharmacy refuses to turn there phones on at that time I suggest calling the cvs headquarters and complaining to them

Filled my RXs then told me they didn't take my insurance then screwed me over on 2 meds after I switched them to a different company. I'll never use them again.

CVS in Greenville is a great place for service and care. However Google map has it Located at the wrong place. It is at the corner of Elm and E. Harris.
