Christmas decorations were cute. But the service is better at rural king. I walked the store and could not find the headlamps on sale . The cashier looked it up, finally found. It .told me it was an aisle 39 which was way on the other side of the store. No offer to call anybody in the department to bring it up which would have been . I have issues walking distance. Would have purchased if she had thought to do that.Follow up: Came back another time and service was excellent. Very helpful knowledgeable in the gun section. The cashier was very helpful with renewing my customer card. Which saved me money. Appreciating good service.

I walked around the store for about 40 minutes and wasn't asked a single time if I needed any help. Seems odd given the time of day and they weren't busy at all you'd think people would be eager to help. I do really like the store and the variety of things they carry.

My sister and I love going to Buchheit! Great selection of dog food and gardening supplies in the spring. Prices are a bit high but I’m glad to have a hardware store in town. Also, bring back the pig!

I often shop at Bucheit's. They are always very helpful. Especially when I have heavy or several large items. Pet friendly! Chloey always loves all of the attention that she gets there.

Great staff! always helpful. They don't have a wide variety of things in some departments. Which means usually going to true value. And they're always expensive.

APPARENTLY THEY HAVE ALL THE MONEY THEY NEED BECAUSE I HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES FOR 3+ WEEKS IN A ROW AND BEEN TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO DISCUSS COUNTER TOPS AND WAS EVEN TOLD SHE WOULD, IF I DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM BY WEDNESDAY OF THE 2ND WEEK, WOULD CALL ME BACK HERSELF AND STILL WAITING 3+ WEEKS LATER !!! I TOLD THEM I WOULD DRIVE UP THERE BUT WAS TOLD NO ONE COULD HELP ME AND TO WAIT ON A CALL BACK ?? SO I GUESS THEY JUST DON'T NEED ANYMORE MONEY !!! I WILL TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! CAN'T BE ANY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THIS !!!

Staff here is oddly suspicious! Didn't feel comfortable here from the time I entered the door. Felt stalked as if I was a lonely fawn longing for water along the Yukon river.

Bought vaccinations and manager said we couldn't replace them. Then stated they was bad ir left out. Which it state nowhere that it goes bad after a certain temperature

I talked to one of the clerks I was able to purchase water and drink it, as long as I had my receipt on me of course. Well I did my shopping. The staff was helpful for the ones I spoke to. Really enjoy checking out the baby chicks in the Ducks. They were kind of cute. Just about died when I saw the price of the rabbits though! For an all over experience while shopping was pretty good.

Very disappointed again with their lawn mower inventory. Need a deck belt told me it would be 2 weeks to get it in. If you are going to sell mowers keep belts in stock!!!!

My favorite store in Greenville. Building supplies, clothes, tools, pet food and even a snack for myself. No need to travel to the bigger cities... everything I need is at Buckheit.

This is a GREAT hardware store! They have pretty much anything you need for just about any project you're working on. One of the best things about them is their employees! You're greeted as soon as you walk in the door and if you can't find something, an associate is always nearby and will happily let you know where to locate something or even take you there. Excellent customer service and competitive pricing is the reason they've been around for a long time and will continue to be.

Great store for a small town store.They have these hot pickled asparagus made by Amish Wedding that are delicious, if you love asparagus. They pretty much everything you need and live baby chicks and ducks. That was my 2 year old sons favorite part.
