Not a big town and not a big grocery store but it got the job done. I was getting to be hungry and not wanting to eat from any of the fast food spots along the Interstate. I stopped here and since I do have both a toaster oven and a microwave in the van, my choice were quite unlimited.I was able to browse the store and found a good few things that ended up being meals for the next few days. They have the national brands, the store is tidy and decently stocked. The prices looked to be good enough.My shopping experience was OK and my checkout was OK. It hit the spot when I needed it.

They do the best they can with the way things are in the world, and a lot of tiny towns are without grocery stores...I think we are very fortunate to have a store.

Today was the first time I visited the Greenup IGA, I was very impressed with how clean the store was. I was in retail in the past as a manager, so I look at how well the store was stocked, merchandising, products, and staff. I was blown away by ever aspect of the business. They have a great team and they are doing a great job. I will now be doing my shopping here.

A great stop for all of your grocery needs. A touch higher in price than wal mart but the convenience well outweighs the small cost difference. The staff are very friendly as well. Overall I always have a very positive experience in this store.

Being a visitor from another state, I felt really kind of "brushed off" --There were only two females in the store working and neither of them said 'hello' or 'hi' or even acknowledged me (even at the register).They continued to talk between themselves.. very rude for a very small town... No hospitality shown in even the tiniest amount... It's okay, I still bought my product and left....I'm sure I won't be going back, unless it's vital to life.

Went Saturday to the GreenUp Illinois IGA. I miss the one in Casey but we like to support small businesses so we opted for IGA over big box stores. We were picking up grocery items for our lake house and we were pleasantly surprised by the young stocker/bagger/carry out man that sings throughout the store. Brought a smile to our faces! He was very helpful, nice and even took my request😊👍

Typical small town grocery store.Pretty good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, for a small town.The fried chicken in the back of the store smelled good.
